Good quality and great pan
I bought this to replace a Teflon pot of similar size and shape. The cooking capacity is just as promised, large, nice depth &’width, it cleans well. Just be sure to use enough oil. An SOS pad works if you get anything stuck on. (Or soap with a drier sheet overnight). I’ve used and washed many times and there was no rust or adverse markings. The pan looks and cooks great! I use it for so many things. I love the versatility for large and smaller meals. The lid fit and works great.

Nice Heavy Large Steamer Pot
I was looking for a large stainless steel steamer that had a stainless steel lid (not glass) to fit my 9" cake pan for Christmas Pudding. This steamer pot finally came across my search, had all i was looking for, and good reviews. I'm very impressed with the weight of this pot, and it's size. The appearance is very pleasing as well. It just came in; unboxed it; excited to try it out this Thanksgiving season.

Great pan
Good size. Well weighted, doesn't feel like it's thin and flimsy, good handles, got warm while cooking but not hot. Worked well on an induction cooktop.

No complaints
I like it very much for the price. It conducts the heat intensely. I like being able to use a metal "spatula" with it.

Delarosa SS pan
This is an amazing pan. If I had to grab one cooking pan to do everything day today, this is the pan I would grab. I have cooked steaks, chicken, bacon, and eggs. I’ve used it to steam cabbage and broccoli. I’ve made amazing dishes with this one pan, it has gone on the stove top and in the oven special note though the glass lid will not tolerate high oven temps I believe the max is 350 but don’t quote me either way doesn’t matter. I’m in love with this thing and it’s easy to clean.

Unique Stainless Steel Karai with Full Cladding — Good Design, but Performance Has Limitations
I ordered the pan because I was specifically looking for an Indian-style karai—a pan with a wide mouth and narrow base. There are many similar products on the market, but almost all of them only have bottom cladding. This is the only one I found with true tri-ply cladding throughout the entire body, which immediately caught my attention. When the product arrived, I was impressed with the packaging. It came nicely boxed, with a protective bag around the pan. The build quality is good, but not premium. The thickness is lighter than I expected. To be fair, I am comparing it to All-Clad D3, which is my benchmark for tri-ply cookware—so my expectations were high. Although the pan has three layers, the middle aluminum layer feels thinner, which makes the karai lighter but also reduces the thermal mass. The lid fits tightly, but the design places the lid inside the lip of the karai. This causes an issue: when condensation forms, water can drip down the sides and spill out and make a mess. Now to the biggest concern—cooking performance. With All-Clad, when you preheat the pan properly and add oil, it forms a natural nonstick surface. Unfortunately, this karai does not behave the same way. Even with proper preheating, food tends to stick to the bottom. The heat distribution is uneven, and I noticed some hot spots during cooking. You need to be careful with the flame, otherwise the masala or food can burn in certain areas while remaining uncooked in others. Pros: • One of the very few fully clad stainless steel karais on the market • Wide opening and excellent shape for Indian cooking • Good packaging and presentation • Reasonable price for this unique design Cons: • Thinner tri-ply construction compared to premium cookware • Food sticking issues even with proper preheating • Uneven heat distribution and noticeable hot spots • Lid design causes condensation to spill out Overall: This is a unique pot with a shape that is hard to find in fully clad stainless steel. It has a good price-to-performance ratio and works well if you understand its limitations. However, if you are accustomed to high-end cookware, especially All-Clad, you will notice clear differences in heat performance. I am impressed with the concept and design, but I recommend it only for users who understand the pros and cons and are okay adjusting their cooking style accordingly.
