how many quarts for one time?

Auto trans drain and refill is around 4 qts, but you need to do that 3 times over 1000 miles to effectively flush. Full flush is around 11-12 qts. Not really recommended for higher mileage cars to flush, some can start slipping, better to drain and refill a few times.
