Style: Golden Snail Intensive Essence Usually when I use an essence for my face, I use it at the toner level. I tend to use it when I prefer to use more of a richer and thicker toner. But after using this essence, I have to say that this is probably best to use instead at the serum level. It has a really nice rich and thick consistency that coats the surface of the skin to keep it conditioned all day long. Seems pretty potent and is not runny like some clear, thin serums. Much more like many of those better facial serums that are formulated for drier skin. Because this essence is so dense, I ended up having to blot the excess off of my nose. I did let it sit for a while so that it still got a nice treatment. I just have to be careful with my nose because it still can get too oily for me. With blotting, it did work really well to leave it looking and feeling good. My skin is the mature combination type, so I do need all of the lush moisturization that this provides you with, but I do still have to be careful about oil and clogging at times, especially along my t-zone. Seems to be very clean and good for the skin. Very nourishing and good for the face. Probably best for those with normal to dry skin. Works well with other skincare products, but do allow this to set before continuing on. As noted above, I would suggest using this as your facial serum rather than as a toner. Would be perfectly fine and preferable to use a toner beforehand. Finish off with your favorite moisture cream. Holds up well and will last all day.

Not sticky like some snail products. Great on sensitive skin. Felt like I got anti-aging benefits. Snail essence is one of the best things I have ever ever tried for skin. It's like black magic. The packaging is nice, it dispenses just the right amount of product. Keeps my skin hydrated and a huge plus is I don’t have a reaction to the product. Light feeling, not too milky or heavy, and it didn't seem to affect my skin negatively, but I didn't see any dramatic differences to it either. This product makes your skin so much smoother, and it whitens your skin. It may be expensive, but it is totally worth it. This product also helped my acne even though it is not for acne.

This essence has a strong fragrance. The texture is white and milky, and it doesn't stretch like the other snail products. This essence absorbs quickly into the skin but does not moisturize much. Not much of a result comes from whitening and anti-aging since it takes time.

I love snail mucin in skincare. I have used a ton of Korean skincare products that contain this ingredient in the past. Some great and some not so great. This essence is AMAZING! It is not sticky AT ALL. It’s extremely moisturizing. The texture is light, almost like a “gel/water cream” and absorbs very quickly into the skin. It doesn’t have any kind of odd or overpowering scent whatsoever. Immediately after the first use, I noticed that my skin not only looked brighter, but had an absolutely gorgeous GLOW!! Now, I don’t mean that it looked greasy, I am talking about that “healthy, just came home from the spa glow”! I have oily, acne prone skin and I did not have any issues. This is really a great essence(use it after your toner and before your serum) and I am now very interested in trying some other products from this Korean skincare brand!!

I can’t say enough great things about this moisturizer! It’s very smooth and silky, it like melts right into my skin and absorbs well! There’s no greasy or sticky feeling and made my skin feel so soft! Honestly my skin looks more youthful and smooth. This moisturizer is hands down one of the best I’ve used. For the price point it’s far exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be ordering more.
