I've missed my alfalfa. Maybe if I'd been taking it all along I wouldn't be in so much trouble now. It's good for your heart as far as I'm concerned, and possibly for pain relief--too early to tell. I've taken it in the past and it does makes you feel better over time--lighthearted, not high. It's not instantaneous. It's rated as one of the top 7 essential something I wanted to treat by WebMD which is why I returned to it. It's a little weird when the tab starts disintegrating in your mouth if you don't grab your water bottle fast enough but it doesn't taste bad. It tastes like any type of grass stalk you might chew on. It might make you gain weight--I think that's why I dropped it from my daily before. Weight gain can be deceptive since many other things could have been the cause of mine besides this cap--I just didn't know it until a few years later.

This works good for hot flashes and itching flashes. You must finish the bottle to start seeing the full results. I’m on my second or third bottle.
