Great for cutting through my Tempurpedic mattress
My first electric knife. I used it to cut my Tempurpedic mattress down from a king to a queen. It worked really well. It's easy to use (even on a super long, difficult job like cutting a straight line through my 10 inch mattress). Easy to clean. And it comes in a handy storage box. I haven't used it for food yet, but I'm sure it will be great.

Easy to use, cuts fast, and sharp
I had my last meat carver for years and really only used it during Thanksgiving, but it finally broke at the blade attachment point. I picked up this Hamilton Beach model as a replacement, and so far it’s been solid. Only time will tell how long it holds up since I really only use it once a year, but it definitely made a good first impression. It cut fast and clean, and I used it to carve two turkeys — one smoked and one fried — plus a ham. No bogging down, no struggling, just smooth slicing. For a once‑a‑year tool, it does exactly what I need and makes holiday carving a lot easier.

When I purchased this knife, I never noticed that one of the images showed the electrical connection was for the USA. However, I had a UK to universal adapter. As soon as I switched it on, it started smoking so I turned it off. It is clearly designed to operate on 110V and not 240V. This should be clearly advertised as unsuitable for any country that does not use 110V. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did.
