I've tried other types and brands, this Nurticost Pantothenic acid is noticeably a great help with my use.

Bought this for both my son and myself to see if it would clear up acne. Took off one star because after taking it for several months neither of us noticed any change. Maybe we weren’t taking enough idk. But otherwise seems like a fine supplement.

Who knew this nearly eliminates back acne in teen boys? The take this, acne’s disappeared. He stopped, it reappeared. He resumed, poof acne gone. Who? Knew?!

I never intended this product to help in any other aspects than my acne. It turned out to not have any effect on the acne, but it did help minimize my lifelong ADHD symptoms (anxiety and concentration issues) to noticeable degrees. I have always struggled with ADHD related symptoms ever since I was a baby. After recently stopping medication for health reasons, I have been looking for some supplemental alternatives. Surprisingly, this turned out to be one of those alternatives. Among other things, my unnecessary stress/worry of anything upcoming on my schedule, etc basically disappeared. I backtracked my steps on what I was doing differently the moment I noticed these improvements, and all I could notice was when I started taking the Pantothenic Acid daily. Because of my lifelong struggle with ADHD, and how much better I felt, the last thing I thought was it had a placebo effect. So I noticed the effects after about two weeks, at 3 pills per day. I am more calm, I can carry better flow in conversations, and so many aspects of my life have improved due to better concentration & less distraction. Anyhow, please consider this supplement as an adjunct to solutions for hyperactivity, anxiety, etc. Edit 4/28/2017: I have been taking L-Tyrosine for the last few weeks in combination with B-5. and it has really helped minimize my symptoms considerably. So if you're reading this and you're sure that you have ADHD symptoms, maybe taking both will work for you too.

皆さん知っていました？皮脂って肌を溶かすんですよ…そんなこと、、、義務教育で教えてくれなきゃダメじゃないかーーーー ちなみに私は新卒2年目にこの事実を知って自分の三角ゾーンの毛穴が無くならないのは自身が原因であったこと、もう少し詳細を述べるのであれば、土曜日に昼まですっぴんで寝倒してなんならそのまま日曜日も顔を洗わず過ごしていた自分であることを理解し、涙を流したのでした。 というわけで皮脂コントロールに邁進する日々、こちらのパントテン酸を飲み始めてからは昼まで寝倒しても朝から頬も鼻も皮脂が抑えられ、二度寝を味わう余裕ができたのでした。 生理前はさらに皮脂が多くなるので2粒飲んでいますが、通常時は1粒でも十分です。 皮脂がコントロールできると、メイク崩れもしにくく、毛穴も悪化しにくいのでとにかくおすすめです。

約1ヶ月間記載の通り1日1カプセル使用していますが、全く皮脂が減りません。 残念です。とりあえず2粒に増やしてみます。
