I do believe eye cream is nothing but a thick moisturizer, so go for it only if you feel you need a thick moisturizer under yor eye

I have been using both the Jubilation New Eyebliss Under Eye Cream and the Vitamin C 20% Face Serum for the past 6 months, and unfortunately, I haven't seen any positive changes in my dark circles or skin. Despite the claims that these products will help brighten and rejuvenate the under-eye area, I have seen no visible improvement.The under-eye cream feels nice when applied but does not reduce puffiness or dark circles as advertised. The Vitamin C serum also didn’t provide the expected glow or even tone for my face. I used both products diligently, but after months of use, it’s clear that they are not effective for me.I would not recommend either of these products if you are looking for a real solution to dark circles or skin brightness. Definitely not worth the investment.

Good Product

Didn't work for me. Been using it for two months, no side effect but no effect at all. It just hydrates my under eyes, but does nothing more than that. Has some weird odour in it. Didn't like it much

It does work well with my dark circles
