I have spent so much time searching mats, reading reviews, looking up quality of materials, you name it, I've probably seen it or read about it. Theres always something that deterred me from others however, I am very happy I chose this mat. This is the first yoga mat I've ever owned but the 2nd one I've bought, 1st one I returned but it wasn't this brand and it had a strong smell and was just all foam & not very supportive in my opinion. This mat, I laid outside for a couple hours and when I came back it didn't have a strong smell at all. I didn't even notice any smell as I tried it out. It's awesome it comes with a bag & a strap! The only downside so far, which I suspected would be, is the light purple shows dirt easily. I would have gotten black but it wasn't on sale. It was easy to clean off. I have plenty of room on this mat which I love! I am 5'3" and allergic to grass so it drives me nuts using most mats unless I have an oversized towel to lay on it so I don't touch the grass. This mat, I don't have to use an oversized towel. I can lay on it and have arms down and I dont hang off. The extra 6" makes a difference to me. The other awesome thing is it is super light but doesn't feel cheap. I thought about getting a 36" wide over this 30" but those mats were either waaaaaaay to heavy or just too long/wide for a small person like me to carry because it's a lot taller than a typical mat. The pic of me carrying this mat in the bag it came with looks like it's too big so just imagine if I have gotten a 36" wide mat. It doesn't feel awkward for me to carry this mat. However, this mat is so light it doesn't feel like it's more than half my size. I have not tried the mat on tile or solid floor, I had it on carpet rug and I didn't have a problem with it sliding out from under me. I haven't tried the mat outside or during a sweaty session yet but dry and on carpet was great. Last thing to be aware of if you have cats with nails....keep them away! I didn't have this mat out 5 min and one of my cats decided to check it out so those are the marks in one of my pics. The mat did not come like that. I received the mat in perfect condition. Regardless of it being easy to damage by a cat, I would totally buy this mat again. The carrying strap is adjustable on the ends to keep it secure and the bag wasn't all that complicated to use. It's harder to put a camping like chair back in its bag than this yoga mat in the bag.

Very durable and doesn't stretch when doong yoga splits.

It is generously large, works well to soften a hard floor, and is quite tough. I'm 6' 3" and 220 lbs. While working out on it with my whole body stretched out in a push up form, I can fit onto the mat except a small portion me, typically just my feet. Easy to do crunches, no grinding my back into the hard floor. I've dropped weights on it and no noticeable damage with the floor underneath being concrete. Rolls up pretty easily and the straps it comes with seem reusable if I wanted to store it for a longer duration. Overall I'm well pleased!

I love this yoga mat, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Excellent quality and material, perfect size for my entire body when I lay on it, the texture/design feels non-skid/slip, has just enough cushion that my knees don’t hurt when I do a cat/cow position. Feels very durable. I really enjoy using it.

Very cheaply made, just soft foam without protective coating. Immediately had holes in it after taking out of box and laying on wood floor.
