Sephra Belgian Couverture Fountain Ready Chocolate Callets - Dark (907g)

I use them whole for my choc chip cookies and also I nibble on them from time to time if I get a choc attack. They ARE dark slightly bitter chocolate but that is to my taste. They are not choc chips more like miniature Hershey's kisses but bigger than Nestle cooking choc drops and much nicer too.. Have not yet tried in fountain but taste is excellent so should be great for coating strawberries etc.

I use this to make my rich chocolate brownies. It's perfect. Melts easily and gives a rich chocolate taste. Also makes a lovely smooth, velvety topping.

Beautiful chocolate but didn't flow quite as well as the milk chocolate

I use this to make vegan chocolates and bars for my wife, who's a bit of a chocaholic. I've even used it with wafers to make homemade (and far cheaper) vegan Kit Kats. It melts really easily in the microwave or in a bowl in a water bath, pours easily, and solidifies well within an hour or so in the fridge.

Quality taste. Quality product. Quality brand. Would buy again.

I’ve recently started home cooking as most people have and after trying the ‘best’ brands and most expensive, this product by far is the best in all aspects. Taste wise and cost wise.

Received in very poor condition. I have returned this item. On consideration I should have reported to public health agency. Obviously it has completely melted at some point and re set. It moulded to the bag and difficult to remove. Shocked at its condition. Poor and slapdash quality control. Did it leave the manufacturer in this condition?

Had 2 chocolate fountains for Llanwenog WI meeting - what a success - lots of fruit and marshmallows to dip into this lovely liquid chocolate - easy to prepare, just pop it into a microwave. We took note of a previous review and put the packet into a large jug to keep it standing upright in the microwave and it was so easy and the dark chocolate so much better than the milk.

I am a fan I chocolate and would say this product is one of the best with the price you can get. Hopefully, after collecting reviews, these guys would not increase the cost of it.

I have been using this chocolate for 5+ years to dip my cake balls for Christmas treats. They are flawless. I dipped 532 balls using 4 bag. I give these to my team at work. Cheaper than taking them out to lunch/dinner.

This came in perfect condition (can't say the same for the other brand I purchased in the same order). I haven't had an opportunity to bake with these yet, however I'm optimistic that they will do the job. Chocolate for baking has become extremely expensive since the tariffs. I love to bake. You do get what you pay for when it comes to chocolate. I will update this review if my opinions change once I've done my Christmas baking.
