The cap is adjustable, but still larger after adjusting. The main thing the heating cap worked, after doing a deep conditioning to my hair. I am very pleased.

I have used this cap 2 times and I used on my daughter 2 times. It doesn’t seem like it gets consistent hot enough and almost like it cuts off heat after sitting under it for about 7-10 minutes. I was hoping for more of a steam like feel after and after using my hair doesn’t seem infused at all. A little disappointed.
