I swear by these I suffer with ibs and when I get the bloated stomach these help me to get a cycle back they are very good value for money and also they taste fine help with my acid also

Only 30 in this product
I have been buying complex for a long time. They are a superb product. I have always had 60 in a box so couldn't believe when I ordered it this time I ordered 4 boxes and when it arrived that there was only 30 in each box. I didn't even know they did one with 30 and for virtually the same price. I can't return them but very disappointed.

I think these are really good at keeping you regular. I’ve been less bloated, it gets rid of everything softy 😉after a few days of taking them. I took two before bed but after a month I now take one. Very good value for money.

These work for the best day. Gentle as advertised. I tend to take them on hols.

Didn't work for me but fast delivery
The pills arrived really quickly within 2 days of me ordering so that was great. I've only given 3 star due to them just not working for me. Other reviews have said 2 pills gets them going, well taking 4 did nothing for me. I've finished the pack now and didn't find any difference for me but that's not to say they won't work in you. For the price give them a go.
