Update: after a year maybe of having it: DO NOT SHOW TO FRIENDS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO NOT GET IT BACK FOE DAYS. B) use it! I use mine in bed or standing up watching tv.I use it in bed with my legs and head raised, also, I use it lying back flat and as I'm using it, I turn my torso slowly side to side.Keep losing weight despite no gym in 2 monthsDon't get it stolen.Only a lazy idiot who actually doesn't use the product will claim its a gimmick. I use it in bed every night, while watching tv, and in 4 weeks I have noticed my forearms bigger, hands stronger, and im able to do the speedbag at my boxing much longer! YOU CANT JUST HAVE it sit there and claim its a gimmick. You're just too lazy to pick it up. PS its beautiful to look at....

$132 is over priced should be like $60 . weld marks were decent, smooth ball bearing, nice video comes with it.good for therapy exercise without a ton of weight. comes in a few different weight size I got the 12 lb I think, I didn't return it I use it time to time to keep arm joints moving , .Over all try it,m its over priced but sometimes you like something so you over pay. $80 tops. Worth

I'm giving this product 5 stars. I bought The Burn Machine used, and it was just as the seller described. (Shiny, new looking, with case, dvd and instructions).I'm an over the road truck driver so I don't get to the gym often. The Burn Machine allows me to get some cardio exercise and it gives me that "pumped" feeling in my upper chest, shoulders, forearms and biceps. Though there are slight variations with how one can use this apparatus. I favor the "speed bag" motion as fast as i can and perform sets lasting 30 seconds.

I love this thing. It is small enough to carry around in the car. It's really fun to use so I'm on it alot. You can get a good workout of it. I love it , you have to really use it to see results.

a little bit too expensive for its rough manufacture， but I need it since no place for a speed bag. So, I kind of deserved it.

I looked at this item for a year before buying it, its great super sturdy and now has become my 5 minute warm up before doing barbell work.

It does what it supposed to do . A great addition to my arsenal I hope the company continues to make great tools like this
