These are super convenient, get ice cold and stay cold for about 10-15 minutes depending on ambient temperature. They have helped a lot with the pain. Quality seems high, though I have only used them about a dozen times so far.For reference, I have 17” quads (chicken legs) and ordered a medium and they fit perfectly.
