Siamese dribbles excessively after applying, scared my hubbie, he thought cat unwell! Ok on other cats! Applied with finger to front teeth as when put on tongue they freak out! May put in water instead! 😘 as easier!

My cats don’t like it, but that doesn’t mean to say yours won’t because mine are very fussy. It’s not really easy to use. They don’t like things put in their mouth, I can’t tell you what flavour is because I’m not trying it, my cats don’t like it so I probably won’t. There’s not really any smell that I can pick up on.

People who are saying this makes their animals foam at the mouth are giving their pets way too much of this stuff. It works well, it’s quite minty, so you literally only need a few drops on either side of your pets mouth. I accidentally squirted too much on my pussy at first and he did exactly what the other reviews said, salivated and run around, as soon as I wiped his mouth he was fine. Seriously, don’t let them put you off, it’s done wonders for my cats breath (all five of them) and after a weeks daily usage I can see tartar reductions. It’s great stuff, don’t be a tard and make sure you read the instructions.

I am using the gel every day on my 8 month old puppy and my 2 cats over 8 years old. It does work well and my animals have got used to it. They lick their mouth afterwards which is normal and it spreads the product around. I do it last thing at night for them so that it is part of their night time routine and works overnight so most effective. I highly recommend it and hope that you have found my tip useful? ☺ 🐱🐶

Using this scared me & my ragdoll. He went crazy when i gave this to him. He was running around and flipping out as though he had just been given poison or something. The only human equivalent reaction i can think of would be if you had just eaten the worlds hottest chilli & got it in your eyes too. What was most concerning & distressing was that after the crazy ballistic running and jumping around, my cat dropped to the floor and began foaming at the mouth for a few minutes. I thought he was going to die!!! Thank god after about 5 mins he got up and appeared to be ok. He had excess saliva dripping down his whole chin area leaving him soaking wet. The whole ordeal lasted about 15mins. I have never seen him like this before & tbh i don't believe the effect this product will or could have is worth making him suffer the way it did. Binned!!!!!

I have a very old cat with smelly breath and I didn’t know a product like this existed for cat’s. Obviously a little tricky trying to get it into the cat’s mouth but it works, a cat with nice fresh breath! Good product and would definitely recommend.

DON'T BE PUT OFF. It is very easy to use. I have a 6 year old Exotic shorthair cat that I rescued from a breeder. Sadly she has chronic gingivitis as a result of poor care in her early life. I use this in addition to her steroid injections to help her breath. It does not make my cat foam at the mouth. I can only guess that those cats that do foam may need some veterinary care

No I don’t believe the cats ‘like’ the flavour but I’ve found them to actually be more happy and social sometime after the 30 minutes of use... maybe my cats are just weird? But it’s a great product to help clean their teeth and it’s important for them to have clean teeth or they can get gingivitis and the teeth will break down exposing nerves making it difficult for them to enjoy eating (happened to a childhood pet before we knew how important it was) so great product to help clean and prevent early cases of gingivitis or even before gingivitis takes place. Cats 3 years and older need help keeping their teeth cleaned, especially when they become seniors. And I believe it’s better to give it to them the once a week and have them hate you for the 10 seconds it takes to use than risk your cats health and paying costly vet bills for dental care.

Tried to use it on my cat and he didn't show anything wrong with it , also it is effectively removed the smell of his mouth. Very pleasant stuff and no harm to my cat.

Didn’t really worked as much as plaque off but it’s useful if ur cat doesn’t let u brush teeth and makes plaque soft to remove it with scaler

my cat had a huge tartar in the back of her upper teeth, I applied a bit of the gel in her mouth for few days and let her chew large chunks of dry food, I see that the black tartar is gone. I think it has a lot to do with the gel, maybe softening the tartar and then with a little force, it came off.
