Works as advertised!
Definitely helped curve hunger cravings at times! Is a strange product, but will definitely buy again. Worth the price. Did help digestion, expect cramping if taken too much.

It helps me forget I was hungry, you’ll still be hungry but just not AS hungry.

Suppresses Appetite But Boosts Gas
It is a good company, and the stuff does suppress appetite. The problem for me is my sensitive GI tract. I can't eat any beans, cabbage, etc., or I get severe bloating and gas. Same with this Konjac root. It was working, but had side effects like eating multiple bowls of chili. I really can't handle gas well. It works, but may not be compatible with some people. Be careful. I was only taking one a day, and erupted in flatulence the second, third, and fourth days, before I ended the ordeal. Good luck.
