I'm really surprised by this product. I was having stomach problems, stomach aches often. I'm diabetic and I have cysticis, and my diet is very good. So all I needed was a little probiotic to really make my body work well. Will be buying monthly.

I tend to feel bloated in the evening. My doctor suggested trying a over the counter medication. I read the reviews and the ingredients for this one. So I decided to try it. I've been on it almost a month & I've only felt bloated a couple of times. It's definitely worth the money. I had tried a cheaper one & it didn't do anything. It's easy. 1 pill a day. It started working fast. I get a lot done in the evening without feeling bloated all the time. I set it up for monthly subscription so will never run out.

I actually adore the Love Wellness brand, but these particular supplements didn't help my stomach at all. Granted, I do have IBSD, and my doctor (as well as my nutrition coach) did say that it was probably the particular strands of probiotics in this just didn't agree with my system. Otherwise it's a great brand, they're easy to take, and they probably work just fine for people with somewhat less finicky bowels; they just didn't work for me.

It really helped my daughter with her tummy issues. Good to have on hand for those occasional bloating or gas.
