One of the best lip liners i’ve worn, the color is very pigmented and is extremely easy to apply. it doesn’t feel too heavy on my skin and isn’t dry at all. i’ve had it for months and it doesn’t disappoint!

The lead in this pencil breaks all the time or the liner it’s awful I will not purchase again.

It is incredibly difficult to find nude/"my lips but better" shades that don't pull orange on my fair, neutral-cool skin. Color is a great match to my natural lip color, making it the perfect nude shade for me. Staying power is good, easy to apply in terms of consistency. The only issue is that the tip constantly breaks off once you go to apply it after sharpening. It's too soft to be a wood pencil. In my opinion, they'd be better off making it a narrower, retractable pencil so you can roll it up a little at a time and not keep breaking the tip off.

I barely touched this pencil to my lower lip line to line it and out flew the liner hitting the floor. Not a happy consumer over that as the entire insides came out. It is a nice soft yet stay all day liner (previous experience with it). Less than what I was spending previously yet have gone back to that brand due to needing to be sharpened. Hence guarantee the liner will stay within confines of stick where it belongs. Malfunctioned, long wearing, expensive.

Nice. Smooth. Applied easily. Difficulty in determining the proper shade while ordering. I made my best guess and found the color to be darker than I anticipated. Nice liner.

I ordered Ambition. The color matched my lips perfectly. However, with the 2nd stroke of the pencil the lip liner tip broke. I twisted it to see if it would bring up more, and nothing else emerged from the pencil. So not only did it break, but it was also not filled with much colorant. This is an addendum to the original post: -I read the reviews and found that to access the colorant within the pencil you must use a quality pencil sharpener. -I was contacted by NYX asking a number of questions, which I answered. I also sent photos. -Then I received an email indicating a prepaid mailing label was attached to this email.. No mailing label was attached. I wrote again informing them that there was no mailing order. No response. I wrote again and was sent the same questions I had already answered. -I wrote them telling them this, and I was sent another email asking the same questions. -I believe this happened 2-3 times. Each email had a different case number, even though the original case number had been supplied. -Given all this chaos, I decided to call. I reached a lady, while very nice spoke English with a strong accent. That combined with poor phone reception made communication very difficult. She asked me the same questions that I had been asked and answered. She put me on hold several times to "check" something. The last time I checked my time I was on the phone for 36 minutes. There was more conversation after that, but I forgot to check the time. She tried to tell me it was Amazon's problem. Then she tried to tell me I needed a number that would be supplied if I had ordered the product from NYX. I believe I finally got her to understand that NYX reached out to me, based on my review of the product. She was very pleasant and polite through this whole aggravating process. Finally, I asked to a supervisor or manager. Back I went on hold. Ultimately, she told me a manager would call me in 2-3hours. No one called. I am not sure how these people stay in business.
