Elite Care Burlington dual motor electric Riser and Recliner mobility rise lift chair - choice of colours (Beige)

I was a bit apprehensive to order because the seats were cheap to what I expected to pay, but we were in lock down and couldn't buy anywhere else.. But when they came 2 days later I'm so happy with them, the quality is amazing, so comfy, and the electrics are realy easy to operate and run smooth, fantastic value all round, colour is beautiful and material is brilliant quality, and even though we are in lock down the delivery men still assembled the chairs as they were in conservatory, and I must say they were so friendly and helpful, anyone thinking of buying from this company do not hesitate you won't be disappointed, thank you so much.

Delivery excellent. Team telephoned ahead which was handy. Normally like to see such a product as this before purchasing but need not have worried as turned out just as i required and working well. Comfortable too. Good value.

I bought 2 of these chairs for my elderly Father & his partner who both have trouble getting out of a chair as they are of limited mobility. These chairs are a Godsend! They are exactly what they needed & I couldn't be happier. The kind gentlemen delivered them on time AND set them both up for them. We wasn't expecting that so that was a lovely bonus. The chairs are so comfortable & the electronics work perfectly. There was only one thing that my Father didn't like is that they are a little lighter than the blue in the picture but other than that, they are perfect!

This chair is serving a purpose but it's not quite what I expected. It's not as upright (see photo of most upright position) as I wanted it to be and in all honesty at 5ft 7 I don't think it fits me very well. I think I need to be smaller, around 5ft 5 for a better fit. When I lean back my head is too high up and my shoulders hit the head cushioning. I would have preferred no cushioning here in retrospect as I think it would have fitted me better without it. It doesn't fit my husband at all and he's 5ft 10. It felt comfortable enough (but firm) when we put it together (which was fairly straightforward but needed two people) but now I've had my hip replacement done, it's just not soft and squishy enough to be comfortable for long. When the foot rest is up, it's also not long enough for my legs, so I have to put a box to put my feet on too (see photo) or there's too much pressure on my new hip with my feet dangling off the edge. The red is a definite pinky red. Not dark wine red. Cup holders are very useful for remote controls, nail files and glasses, but not good for mugs as the handles get in the way. Not terribly impressed with the aftercare as it arrived with a splodge that I tried to demonstrate by photo and was told it was just the plush of the velvet (it wasn't) and the delivery box was also damaged which slightly damaged the back of the chair for which I was offered a £30 reduction which in the end I declined as I wanted to make sure that if ever anything went wrong with the chair that they couldn't say they had already discounted for that. I wanted to preserve my consumer rights. So, ok chair in the round, does an ok job and does help me in that I do have somewhere to sit in my living room while I'm recovering. But it's not massively comfortable for me. Mind you I personally don't have much padding either so that could have a bearing on things. I have noticed occasional clunks as the foot rest rises so I do hope this isn't a sign that it's going to fail early.

This has been a lifesaver for me. I have Multiple Melanoma and when the pain is bad little tweaks and adjustments to the seat always find a comfortable position. Well made and light enough not to be a problem to move. Was delivered, unpacked, and assembled in 10 mins flat the guys knew exactly what they're doing. I had the PSU fail after about 6 weeks. Reported the fault and a replacement was supplied and fitted within a couple of days. Overall I am a very happy customer.

I am very disappointed with this chair I live on my own it is not wearing well at all I treat every thing I have with respect I am saddened as the material had become baggy one of the cup holders has cracked which surprises me as I never use them for drinks, I don’t eat or drink in the chair. I really think for the money I paid it would have been better quality very disappointing.

I purchased two of these chairs for my elderly parents. Delivery was quick and the courier very helpful. The chairs were easy to put together and they are simple to operate. The wipe clean finish is ideal. The colour is a nice dark chocolate. They are very comfortable and look good too.

Lovely chair my 94 year old mother is very happy with this chair as she has brittle bones so it’s very comfortable for her .
