Don’t smell bad

I switched to these from fish oil, take one in AM and one PM. I love that they are farther down the food ladder and, especially, that they are small and easy to swallow-- a big problem for me with the fish oil caps.

This is not something I take daily, just a couple times a week. Blood markers have improved since taking. Diet and activity are important but this is an absolute as we age.

smells fishy

I love this stuff. It’s not as expensive as some of the other brands, and my cholesterol numbers have improved since I started taking it. This is legit krill oil and there is no fishy taste. The only thing I’d change is the capsule shape and size. I take a few other products from the same company, and all the capsules look the same, so it gets a little confusing. A different color or something would really help. Other than that, it’s been amazing!

Very fishy smell in the bottle. If you burp, you will taste fish. I won't be buying again due to the taste factor. If you like fish and eat it regularly, you really don't need this.
