Green Super Grade Shed Felt with Nails & 295ml Tube of Adhesive 10m

Used to replace felt that had ripped off in wind . Layed out in sun for a bit to loosen up . Easy to manage and flexible. Used some of the adhesive on edges . Very pleased .

As its the middle of January and very cold, I haven't used the felt yet. I bought two rolls to cover a large summerhouse roof. The felt that's on there, which has started leaking this winter, has only been on for three winters, so I'm not happy at having to re-cover it so soon. But this felt, although still in the roll, is much thicker, heavier and of far better quality. I like the fact that clout nails and joint sealer are included and that I didn't have to go and collect the heavy rolls from B&Q is a big bonus. So come the first warm, spring like day I've got all I need to solve my leaky problem. A great buy at a reasonable price and delivery within 48 hours. Highly recommended.Update: I managed to re-felt the roof on one of the few dry days we've had this winter and I can now say that it's very good. Far stronger than the stuff its replaced which didn't last more than a couple of years. This stuff is very strong which makes it easy to use. I also bought some bitumen and stuck it down. So I'm expecting it be many years as I don't think it would come off again anyway. Quality felt and highly recommended. You may still need to buy a few clout nails as you don't get many with the felt. But still a great product.

Good quality product - arrived with nails and adhesive included, so I could get the shed back up and re-roofed before the endless rain started again.Needs rolling out in the sun for a while first to stabilise and soften, as it won't be easy to bend and fold when cold, cos it's fairly tough stuff.DON'T get the adhesive on yourself or your clothes - s*** sticking to blankets has nothing on this stuff - use gloves and old clothes!!It's been on the roof for a few months now and hasn't let a drop of water in - highly recommended!

Package includes felt, nails and adhesive. I followed instructions as i haven't done it before and it was a fairly easy job. Using clamps will help to keep felt in place whilst you are working on it. Another tip is to use hooked Stanley knife blade. Adhesive is black, very thick and sticky. Do not use a nozzle just apply directly from a tub and use spatula or peace of wood to spread it evenly.

This felt was really easy to handle - no danger of its tearing, unlike cheaper felts. Really useful to have the overlapping adhesive included, and enough felt nails to finish the job. We hadn't been looking forward to this job (we're getting on a bit, and the access to the shed roof is difficult - the ground slopes away from the shed), but we completed it with no difficulty in a day. Highly recommended.

Bought this to replace my shed roof which had been ripped of by the wind. The felt arrived within a couple of days and certainly seemed thicker than the felt it was replacing. Using the nails and glue, to fix the cut pieces it into position, took about 2 hours and I am pleased with the finished result. Good product speedily delivered.
