Haven't used for long but seems to work. I take at night and next morning the mouth feels fresh and clean. Wake up with a nice fresh breath.

I have used every oral probiotic under the sun for issues that I am have had with my gums and teeth. I understand how oral probiotics work. I want my mouth to be as healthy as possible (of course) but also was hoping for pain relief for my frquently inflamed gums. This is one of the last that I decided to try for the simple reason that I did not recognize the probiotics in this. Others seem to have very similar strains to eac other, so I would fequently just order the one that would arrive the quickest, but I have tried just about all of them. I feel like most that I have tried helped. I did not have high hopes for this one because of the strains that are used. I was wrong. I have been through several bottles and these have virtually eliminated my pain. Also, I found relief very quickly. I also really like the grape flavor. It is not overpowering like some mint lozenges. I am going to stick with this for a long time. I do like to mix things up from time to time and try something new, but why pick up a sleeping baby? A lot of people turn to oral proiotics for pain relief. I know I did. This provides relief very quickly and my mouth feels a lot healthier and clean.
