Overview: Nice long handled, big headed and fairly stiff brush. Disclaimer: I don’t know what I’m doing, I really don’t! This is the first brush I’ve ever reviewed. Hopefully if you don’t know what you’re doing either, then this review helps! Postage and Packaging: Actually, not a great amount of good to say here. It was prime so came nice and quick but looking at the photos you can see that it was hardly in the box at all. It wasn't damaged but I'm amazed how it wasn't. First Impressions: It arrives in separate parts and each bit individually looked decent. Strong ABS plastic and clear to an extent what went where, although the picture instructions did help! Design: • Nice strong design • Soft grip halfway down for gripping, slightly contoured hard handle at the end. • Brush head is big. It's obvious when you order that it is big but still this head is big. • Bristles aren't the most stiff I've ever used, but they seem stiff enough to move anything loose. I'm not sure how much scribing of, say, moss you could do. Check the video. Use: It's a brush. You brush with it. Longevity: This is a nicely made brush and I bought it because of both the previous reviews and also the description. I would be very surprised if it failed early on. However, if it does fail in a short period then as always I will update this review. Biggest worry of fairly is probably the screw in had since that's where all the force is transferred to the head. It's strong though.

I hesitate to say this broom makes sweeping fun, but it comes pretty damn close. Huge wide head means you pick up tonnes of dirt, and the dense fibre bristles shift all in their path. Very happy and excellent value for the price. To the one or two reviewers saying the handle wasn’t strong enough - no idea what you’re doing with it, can see it might eventually wear out if you’re using it all day every day, but so would any broom surely. For weekend sweeping it’s top notch and feels extremely sturdy.

The broom should be excellent, the head and the handle are both solid, well made items, just the mechanism to connect them and keep them together is really poor. It is frustrating to have to tighten up the fixture every time you want to sweep a few leaves up. Update Things have got worse, the handle does not stay together, it is not fit for purpose only three months after purchase. Terrible design. Should be able to return.

its a great brush for the money - good width - bristles are plentiful so sweeps well - worth knowing that if you want a really stiff brush you would need to look at something different but great for sweeping patio etc. as one reviewer pointed out the yellow plastic securing screw can be brittle - my brush arrived with the screw cracked but the vendor sent a replacement. Reading the reviews it sounds like the screw was previously metal which i think would have worked better - also keep in mind i always tighten it every time I use it to keep it nice and tight. Just wanted to give a balanced view but overall would i buy another and would I recommend it - yes.

This is the 2nd one of these brooms I have brought,they are amazing. They are wide and strong unlike many of the wooden brooms I have brought in the past. Most of these have broken within a short space of time. I bought a 2nd broom as we often have 2 of us sweeping up leaves etc at the same time

Happy with the brushing

I've had a few of these brushes and have always been really good. Recently bought another one for work and I'm not impressed with the handle, it's too short and the top of the handle is very uncomfortable. Bring back the original long handle

I’ve bought a number of these in the past as the broom is great for sweeping up garden rubbish, but the metal handle has always been weak and snapped but repaired with a metal pole down the shaft and gorilla tape! The new broom has a two piece handle which screws together so I suspect will be more solid however it’s about 4-5inches too short for me (and I’m only 5ft 9!) Maybe make the two pieces a little longer in future! It still sweeps very well though, I just have to stoop a bit lower!
