Perfect addition to any party!

I used this product for an outdoor event by the river. It was a breezy day on the water but the product has built in rings on the corners and came with ropes and stakes to tie it down to the ground. The blower isn’t too loud but could be if you’re using it indoors. Must remember to zip up the two small zipper pouches so it will inflate correctly. Remote control was a bit confusing for me but it does work. People had a lot of fun with this attraction and it looked very professional. Easy to set up. Easy to store after use. Great value for price. Came with a few props and a storage bag.

I received the inflatable photo booth around 7 June 2024. Everything worked fine and no issues. I used the the inflatable 2 times in 6 months. When I went to use it the 3rd time the remote for the lighting was not working. I changed the battery and still did not work. I went to the Amazon's website to find the seller's information but could not find it anywhere. So my next step was to call Amazon. I called and when Amazon customer service answered, they asked did I buy warrantee and I said no. I said I just needed the phone number of seller because I wanted to see if remote could be replaced. The Amazon customer service agent put me on hold for over 4 minutes to just hang up and not even call me back. I know the product is 6 months old but to only use it 2 times in that time frame and then remote stop working is unacceptable! For Amazon to sponsor a seller that you can't even contact is totally unacceptable!! CZGBRO US is definitely not a US company but Amazon is sponsoring them, this is definitely bad business practice. Even if I had to pay for the remote I would not have a problem with that, the problem is not being able to contact the seller! Also bad customer service on Amazon's behalf.
