Good images and easy to use
Helped determine where the squirrels were in our ductwork! It is difficult to turn corners but can get it to work somewhat. Very clear pictures! Good lighting in pitch black ducting.

Gets to the bottom of problems
This borescope has come in handy to diagnose some plumbing issues we've had in our home. Being long with an articulating head makes moving along turns in drain pipes much easier. We had a leak in our ceiling downstairs and were able to use this tool to identify a section of the shower drain line that had a break along a coupling. Without this tool, we would have had to open the ceiling to identify the issue. While we still had to open up the ceiling to do the repair, the boroscope confirmed the problem and made us comfortable that opening up the ceiling was the right move. The picture from the scope takes some time to understand as the orientation inside pipe can change quickly. The wheel that allows the camera head to turn is a useful feature with helps keep orientation and and investigate issues more precisely. The LED lights are adjustable which is nice to keep good contrast on the section of the pipe we're looking at. Do note that with the longer cable, the unit does become pretty bulky. It comes in a nice carrying case but getting all the cable back into the case takes some time. Our next project would be using this to identify the source of a leak in our car radiator.

I've used this a few times now and feel I have enough experience to review the scope
My biggest complaint about the borescope is the lack of a reference point as the tip is being guided into the work area. If a person isn't familar with what they are looking at they wont know where top or bottom is located on the screen. Even if top is set before entering the confined space the movement going into the space causes skewing of the cable and aspect. I was thinking about placing a small yellow paint dot on the top of the lens but concerned that it might obstruct the view because the tip is so small. Over all I like the borescope the picture is very clear, has adequate lighting and is fairly easy to use. The cable is a bit limp when fully extended and should have had some type of adjustment for the flex. The battery life seems good never had to recharge during use. The cae is well designed and holds everything. There are adapters for the tip but so far I havent used them.

Best borescope I've ever owned!
I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this product for the price. It's extremely easy to use. My wife, who has never used one, was easily able to test it and her curiousity had her using it took to look under our under furniture. The case, that it came in, is very well thought out and a good quality. It comes with the case some accessories and the charging cable. All of which have a nice premium feel. I also included a picture of the back where there is the locking mechanism. Please remember to lock it in place when you put it together. I didn't and almost dropped it down the stairs. The articulation is wonderful, it's nice and smooth. Mostly, I'm extremely impressed by the video feed. My last two pictures are so you can see the quality. I took the 1st picture with my phone, and then the 2nd picture I took of the borescope's screen with the camera in roughly the same position. In person, it's even better than my picture!

Not worth the price
The scope falls under its own weight. The articulation is good but since it can’t hold its own you may not be able to see much after a few feet. It’s a 10ft scope so if it can’t hold itself up on its own it’s useless. Did not get to use it just held it out in air to see. Articulation was finicky, doesnt allow for graceful rotation. The description says it can be used to get past obstruction in pipes but the articulating head is too flimsy to really get past much. The camera itself is good but it needs improvement in the actual cable and the articulation. The case it comes in is nice. They include a micro sd card, though, only 32gb. Overall, not worth the price. If they made it with a stronger articulating head that can allow it to actually pass obstructions or even turn down a pipe and even hold its own weight, then it would be good. The light on the camera is decent but could be better. As it is it’s more for show than actually being useful for any job.

Highly Recommend but remember it's a Precision Tool, Treat with Care.
Was concerned at first given the other reviews mentioning the issues they had with the articulating breaking after the first couple of uses (seemed more so on this 10ft model compared to the 5ft). But at the price point i couldn't pass it up, however I did opt for the 3 year insurance just incase. Making sure the cable was laid properly was a little awkward and honestly i was probably overly cautious, but the overall use of the scope was simply fantastic. I had spent literally hours the day before trying to retrieve a wash cloth down a shower drain that was stuck past 2 90 degree bends. Using this, the drain was clear and every thing put away in 45mins. The image was crystal clear, operating the articulating camera took a little getting used to but honestly not that bad, and the hook attachment was sturdy enough hold and retrieve without bending or breaking like the cheaper models. Only downside i did notice is the cover on the cable started to get chewed up so will probably have to rewrap eventually. All in all, highly recommend this product but keep in mind it is a precision tool and should be treated with a little more care.
