I fit in plenty of clothes and have never yet exceeded the ryanair 10kg weight allowance. It can be carried with the handles or as a rucksack. Love it and highly recommend it for size and weight for flights!!!! Used it once, did the job fine, still in one piece and had no trouble. It does feel slightly cheap, the material is pretty thin, there is no solid parts (like the base) to give it any shape so takes on whatever shape of things you throw in it, and the rucksack strap are a bit pointless - 1 should strap would of been better I think.
