NLT Economy Outreach Bible, Large Print (Softcover)

This is a great Bible for an excellent price. This translation is good for study, as well as for reading through to get an understanding of larger passages. Lightweight and print is readable; not the typical size you see with "large print" books. It is not a huge Bible that is usually needed to accommodate large print. The point must be that it is not the time print that can be in small Bibles. I would call it 'readable print.' Buy several to share with others!

This is better quality than I expected!! I figured the pages and spine would be stiff and feel too fragile to open and read. It’s very flexible, the print is smaller than expected but not a strain to read. I also love the introduction and the guide!! It’s a very thought-through design. I highly recommend it!!

Great for street ministry. The print is large enough for those who have a hard time reading. And the NLT is a great translation.

The large print is a good sized font but it is not huge like large print fiction books I’ve picked up in libraries—which works for me, because I did not want gigantic print.

This Bible is an excellent value, as long as you don’t actually need large print. The type is only 7-point, which I wish I had realized before I ordered it. It would be a wonderful gift for someone expressing interest in learning about the Lord…apparently what I was looking for is called “Giant Print” now (even that is only 12-point font.

It will last about a year with heavy use, and by heavy I mean reasonable daily usage. Which means for most of you it will last 5-10 years. Affordable even w/inflation to crush a nation. Gods word is accessible even now. Easy understandable text. Great for anyone not conversant in 500 year old middle English, or for anyone who speaks good old ‘murican and wants to know Gods word. It may help some to remember God is bilingual (maybe even multi-) and not stuck in hebrew, latin, aramaic, or archaic dialects in general. Surprisingly God is willing to and able to speak in ways people can comprehend now since He loves us, then and now. Enjoy!

Packaged well, arrived in great condition. I'm excited to start my journey and I've seen multiple signs today that I'm heading down the right path, signs I've prayed for. My one note (I haven't had a chance to read any yet) is that the print isn't what I would call large print. It is large for a Bible, however for other things, I would lable it as standard size print.
