LRI Photon II LED Keychain Micro-Light

A quality product, the solid body of which is similar in size to a ten pence piece, provides a very bright light via its dual function. The light can be activated intermitantly by sqeezing the body or permantly by the on/off switch. After an estimated run time off 12 continuous hours, the 2 No batteries can be replaced by simply taking the body apart, instructions are provided. A key ring and metal snap hook are provided to keep the micro light secure when not in use. The size is ideal to attach to your front door / car keys. I love this micro light. I keep it on my car keyring and it works perfectly. It is surprisingly bright and can be used to light a dark path or lane easily. It is so lightweight and small and is a must for anybody having to negotiate a dark areas. Keep it in your pocket or handbag and you don't know it's there. It works either by sqeezing the body or using the on/off switch. Well worth the money.

If you are considering spending this much on a light like this then you know what you are buying. I keep this on my key chain and use it for just a few seconds every couple of days - with that level of use I honestly don't care if it cost £1 or £11 so long as it is well made and works well. This is very well made and works very well (as you probably already know) and is well worth spending the extra compared to cheap knock-offs. My worry was the earlier reviews about unbranded packaging and knock-off products. I had no problems - my light arrived in the proper packaging and I have no doubts that it is genuine. Thoroughly recommended.

Very bright for such a tiny thing. Always handy on my keyring. Throws a broad beam.

Minimalist EDC, if you carry realistic tools this is awesome

フラッシュライトがとても好きでコレクションとして数多く持っていますが、一番出番の多いのがフォトンシリーズです。 EDCとしてキーチェーンに付けているからというのもあるのですが、小さいので持ち運びが全く苦にならず、しかも明るい。 フォトン2はもう何年も使用しており、電池はその間に何回か交換していますが、購入時と明るさは変わらずしっかりと動作しています。 うっかり高いところから落としてしまったこともありますが大丈夫でした。 電池交換の際に中身を見ておりますが、構造が単純な事が壊れにくい要因だと思います。 ボタン電池なので明るさが弱くなってきたら交換すれば良いだけで、充電式のものと違って末長く使えるのもいいですね。 私はフォトン2の他に、フォトンX、フォトン フリーダムを持っていますが、どちらかと言えば少し値ははりますが、Xやフリーダムの方をオススメしたいです。というのも、フォトン2は常時点灯させる際、小さなツメでオンオフなので地味にストレスです。特に冬場は… Xやフリーダムは全体を押してオンオフなのでとても楽です。 また、フォトン2は調光機能やSOSの点滅機能などがないので、Xやフリーダムの方が災害時の事などを考えると良いと思います。フォトン2プロというのもあるみたいですが、持っていないのでここでは書きません。 最近では1000ルーメンが当たり前のようなフラッシュライトの世界ですが、街灯が整備されているような場所で生活している分にはフォトンだけでほとんど賄えてしまう気がしています。 普段一番よく使うライトが一番良いライトだと思っておりますので、このタイトルを付けさせていただきました。

Cette micro lampe est nettement plus cher que bcp d'autres modèles, mais après plusieurs mois d'utilisation intensive (une attachée à mes clés de voitures et l'autre à mes clés de maison) je peux dire que cela vaut le coup d'investir. Léger, robuste, pratique, lumière puissante et plus que nécessaire dans pleins de situation du quotidien. Elle s'allume d'une simple pression, mais cette pression n'est pas ultrasensible, le bouton de blocage est très utile et parfaitement pensé car assez dur pour ne pas se déclencher tout seul dans votre poche. En résumé, un produit très bien conçu, UN "Must-Have" !

very tiny=good, 4 cm x 2.2 cm x 0.8 cm without key chain. open 4 screws to exchange batteries=good quality, no breaking plastic parts. standard batteries. have had one for years and gave it away, and bought a second one for about 7 euro. Daily changes in availability and price (70 eur??) beats me - wait and get one for 15 or less. Karabinerhaken is very nice quality. Does not turn itself on in the pocket (unlike the ones where the center button is for permanent light, would exhaust the battery in no time, this one is much better).

I absolutely love this little light. I had also purchased a small light like this but I didn't like it because you always had to have two hands to turn it on. I have this light on my key chain and I don't even notice it. It takes only a depression of your finger to turn it on. Only one hand. It has a switch that you can click so that the light will stay on. Most of all I love that I can put it in my small Altoids can emergency kit with other items. The brightness is really great for this little guy and does disperse fairly well over a 180 degrees. So you could hang it up in a tent to get light generally all around. Not like a lantern but still very good. The only suggest and concern that I have is that when I packed this up in my Altoids kit I had to be careful that when I closed the lid that the light button would not be depressed otherwise it would drain the battery. The button is recessed a little so I just made sure that it was laying on something flat rather than an object that protruded so it wouldn't turn on. Not sure there is anything that could be done any different. It's one of the most useful emergency preparedness tools because it's so small and you would always have access to it. Also, I was worried about how to replace the batteries... it's not a big issue but does require a very small phillips screw driver and then a couple of coin type batteries to replace. I have had mine now for about 3 months and use intermittently and still no signs of dimming of the light. I have now purchased one for each of my family members. I'm sure my kids will put it through the destructive testing phase :) so I may have more input later.

all 3 lights were defective. at first i thought the battery in each was bad, upon further testing it appears each chip/bulb was defective I hope for a full refund.
