This works for lowering the cortisol. It takes around 10-12 days but it works. One thing You need to do is work out the right dosage.

Bought for reducing cortisol (studies suggest 10-20% reduction) - cortisol levels were lower in my recent blood test, but cannot say for sure this was the cause. Capsules are small and easy to swallow which is a bonus.

Has improved long term memory and recall - and certainly; as part of a stack of other mental enhancers - improved my recall in my job situations. Have purchased multiple times. Good product.

The "400mg Serving, 240 Capsules" is a deception. A quick scan suggests you're getting 240 x 400gm capsules, but of course you're not, because a "serving" is 2 x 200gm capsules—so each bottle contains 240 x 200mg capsules! This misleading use of "serving" is a common and deliberate deception by manufacturers. Plus, beware the "Lab Tested" claim. I have approached Deal Supplements twice, asking for evidence of this claim, but they have failed to reply. Independent analyses suggest that a substantial share—often well above 50% in sampled categories—of health supplements sold on Amazon do not fully match their label claims or product descriptions!

Poor quality. Unregulated US supplement company has been caught by independent labs selling substandard products. Phosphatidyl serine had been highly effective lowering my night time cortisol levels and improving my sleep. When my normal UK brand was out of stock I swapped to this brand. Even though the dose was theoretically 30% higher, I noticed my cortisol levels increase and sleep quality deteriorate. As soon as a swapped back to my old brand my cortisol dropped and sleep improved.

I bought it just to makes me relax and helps me sleep but did not work 🥲

ordered this product twice, the first time the capsules were large white ones which seemed to make a difference. on the basis of the favourable results first time round I ordered a second lot, these were 50% smaller than the first ones and a different colour. This second batch have made absolutely no difference so I am guessing that the constituents have been significantly changed, I will be throwing away the ones left in the bottle and will not be ordering this brand again.

AVOID :D "Deal Supplement" A brand is well known as a TO BE AVOIDED brand targeting HIGH COST supplements with mostly filler. Lab tests from multiple labs shows it has less than 50mg when it should have 400mg. Sad when somebody is desperately taking it as a medication is ripped off. Other products impacted as almost 99% rip off is :D "berberine MAX" 5,000mg only had 25mg instead of 5,000 and proven by LAB TESTED using High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography. (HPTLC).

Started taking this a few years back after quite a bit of research. Originally, I was in search of a way to get off Ritalin (got tired of feeling too overstimulated)…yet still give me the needed benefits due to my extremely stressful line of work. First dosage made my stomach feel sour, so I stopped. Decided to try again about a week later after learning it’s a side effect when getting started (gotta start lower in dosage — somehow I missed that in research 😵). Gotta say I’m glad I did! It’s not a miracle pill and does take time to build (few days to weeks), but I can def tell it’s improved my short & long term memory, I noticed my anxiety was weirdly low, a bit more energy, no depression, and overall….feeling more optimistic about my workloads. Although I quit that stressful position, I knew this was a supplement I’d like to keep stocked since it’s not harmful for long term usage like some of the other supplements I was taking. It helps me to journal, research, read, and overall is good for my brain! I highly recommend researching more about this before trying it, but def worth considering it….even if you’d prefer another brand
