Customer service
Brought this gas heater however it had problems so i decided to send it back.The company were really good and helpfully when I wanted to return the item. 1 out of 5 stars for the product itself but 5 out of 5 stars for the customer support.

Gas leak
Fire is leaking gas emailed the seller but no reply yet as I bought this for my 85th year old dad

Good heater easy to assemble
Fitting hose and regulator a bit difficult otherwise a really good heater. Good heat output.

Works fine
If you've ever seen or used a portable heater like this, that's exactly what it's like.

Flimsy but you get what you pay for
The ceramic bars work as expected and it ignites with no problems. However, the construction of the external casing is flimsy and it makes it difficult to manoeuvre. I needed to add extra bolts to stop the casing from detaching ( see pic)

Keeps cutting out won’t stay lit

The heater will not stay on . The pilot light keeps going out so no good .

Why all moaning you get what you pay for . What did you expect for the money . And of it leaking gas you not put the hose on proper . And if it not lighting and staying alight . Do you realise got hold down the button for few seconds . Go cheap don't expect solid .
