It’s been more than a year since my daughter has been using the Imoo Watch Phone Z1, and I must say, I’m pleased with it! I purchased it on 17th March 2024, and since then, it has been a very useful gadget, especially as she travels alone quite often. The watch offers great security and communication features — I can easily stay connected with her, track her location, and ensure she’s safe. Recently, I faced a small issue with the location update, but the customer service team was excellent. They responded promptly and resolved the issue very professionally. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product. It gives both parents and children peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smart, secure, and reliable kids’ smartwatch!

Excellent Kids Smartwatch for Safety & Fun! I’ve been using the imoo kids watch for my son, and it has been a wonderful experience. The best part is that I can easily track his live location, which gives me a lot of peace of mind when he plays outside or goes for classes. My son loves it too! He can make friends with other imoo users, call them, and even do video calling with family members. The video clarity is surprisingly good for a kids watch. The parental controls are very helpful — I can manage his contacts, set usage limits, and ensure he uses the watch safely. The interface is simple, and the battery life is quite reliable. Excellent gadget for kids and their parents! My kid has been using it for about 1.5 years. The watch has all the features needed by parents to know this kids whereabouts along with 2 way audio and video calling. Admin controls let you manage the who can contact your kid, enable/disabling dialling from watch, block unknown caller, enable classroom mode to avoid disturbance etc. The watch also tracks steps, kids can send-recieve voice messages, parents can locate the kid via GPS tracking. Z1 is a good model to be your kid’s first smart watch and as parent it allows you to let your kids be independent while you still have oversight on them.

I purchased the Imoo Watch Phone Z1 for my daughter on her birthday last year , and she was absolutely thrilled to receive it! The watch has been an amazing gift — it allows her to stay connected with us anytime through regular calls or even video calling. As parents, it gives us great peace of mind knowing we can locate her easily via the built-in GPS, especially when she goes to the park, play dates, tuitions, or outings with her grandparents. One of the standout features is that the watch is waterproof. My daughter loves wearing it even during the rain or while playing with water — no worries at all! After a year of regular use, the strap unfortunately got torn. However, I reached out to Imoo India, and they were very responsive and helpful. They promptly assisted with the strap replacement process. I truly appreciate their customer support and service. Overall, the Imoo Z1 has been a great experience for both my daughter and us as parents. Highly recommended!

Had brought the watch hoping to be able to track the Kid even if they are not in a Wifi covered area. Unfortunately it's only in the paper that it works full time. It has been a hit or miss experience for myself. There were times when the feature used to work few times but the firmware updates started to mess up the functionality. WLAN option is also no good. Now coming to the support experience, it's far from professional. No proper tracking of issues , no updates, nothing. After sending a whole lot of details over whatsapp they fail to give a proper update, and if one does followup they do respond as though no issue has ever been reported!! If you are not ready to waste a whole lot of money , better stay away. Talking from experience on long term usage .

Call Feature: Calls can be managed through the IMOO app by parents. I’ve allowed only a few trusted contacts for calling and blocked SMS entirely. I also let my child use the dial pad in case they need to call any number which can also be blocked if needed. Usage: The watch offers a real-time location option, which is accurate when needed. However, it lacks continuous live tracking or location history, which I would have appreciated. Video calls work well through the IMOO app, and the family chat feature is a great addition. Value for Money: While the watch is more expensive than some alternatives and offers fewer features, I actually see the limited functionality as an advantage. It helps ensure my child isn’t overwhelmed with distractions. Overall: This watch is ideal for parents who want to avoid giving their kids a mobile phone and exposing them to social media, unknown callers, and unnecessary distractions. A thoughtful choice for keeping children safe while staying connected.

You will require to purchase a nano sim. Great watch as there are no additional subscription fees like other brands. You can communicate to you child by phone call, send voice or chat messages to the watch via your phone. There are many other functions once connected through the mobile app examples are schedule power off/on time, set class mode time and many more! Great battery life as we only need to charge it every 2-3 days, pending on usage and schedule power off/on function. My daughter loves it and wears it all the time!

I got this for my 6 yr old daughter and she has been using this for about a month. Pros: 1. The App interface is good and allows the device to be configured remotely. 2. The device can be configured to accept calls from specific number only while the rest of the calls are automatically blocked with notifications I the app. 3. Voice calling: this feature has worked seamlessly 100% of the time till date without any glitch just like normal cell phone. The watch functions as a speaker phone when call is received with a privacy option I which volume is automatically reduced. Calls from the watch are also seamless and easy to make. 4. Batter last for almost a day and half with moderate use. Cons: 1. GPS location tracking is RUBBISH : although the watch has a gps tracking feature which can be tracked from the app, the usability is not always smooth. 80% of the time the app is unable to locate the watch saying network in the area is not good, but voice calling feature works seamlessly. This is a serious shortfall.

PLUS: - Handling: das Kind konnte die Uhr schon nach kurzer Zeit komplett problemlos bedienen - App: auch für mich war die Einrichtung der App auf meinem Handy und dem der Mutter schnell und umkompliziert - Stabilität und Wasserfestigkeit: Die Uhr ist solide gebaut und hält, auch dem Kind ist sie nicht zu schwer oder nervig zu tragen. - Empfang/Sprachqualität: wir hatten bisher keinerlei Probleme, höre das Kind gut und es mich auch (wir benutzen Telekom) - Voicemessages: die häufigste Verwendung im Familienverbund, funktioniert super - Schulzeitsperre einstellbar - Elterninformation: mag für manche ein wenig übertrieben sein, finde aber gut, dass ich per Notification darüber informiert werde, dass das Kind die Uhr aufgeladen hat und wenn jemand angerufen hat - Belohnungsfunktion: das Kind bekommt von der Uhr ein Lob via Tokens, wenn es sich viel bewegt hat. - Ortungsfunktion: ist sehr gut, sogar viel besser als die "Wo ist"-Suche bei Applegeräten, da Ortung manuell aktualisierbar - Akkulaufzeit: 48 Stunden waren bisher kein Problem, dass ist deutlich mehr als das was ich aufgrund der Artikelbeschreibung und anderer Kommentare erwartet hatte. - Keine Spiele: war einer der Gründe warum wir die Uhr gekauft haben NEUTRAL: - Videotelefonie: funktioniert zwar ordentlich, allerdings nur via APP. Alternativen wie Facetime/whatsapp sind nicht nutzbar. - Sicherheitswächter: eigentlich eine gute Idee, allerdings für Stadtbewohner mässig geeignet, da nur innerhalb eines WiFi-Netzwerks nutzbar. So eine Funktion bei der man via GPS einen bestimmten Bereich definieren (auf einer Landkarte) könnte wäre der Gamechanger... NEGATIV: - Messaging: zwar kann ich dem Kind eine SMS schreiben, es kann aber nicht darauf antworten oder selbst Nachrichten verfassen. Ist zwar angesichts der Voicemessages kein großer Nachteil im Alltag, bedeutet aber auch, dass das Kind sich nur mit Personen (abseits der Telefonie) austauschen kann, die die App installiert haben. (Sprich da ist dann Vorarbeit nötig, damit das Kind den verschiedenen Verwandten oder Freunden Nachrichten, Fotos, etc. schicken kann) - Verbreitung: hier kann die Uhr nichts für, aber leider haben kaum andere Kinder auf unserer Schule diese Uhr, so dass die Funktionalitäten im Systemverbund mit den Mitschülern/Freunden nicht nutzbar sind. Ohne Bewertung: - Fotofunktion: nutzt das Kind wenig bis gar nicht. - es gibt noch weitere Funktionen für Eltern, die wir bisher nicht nutzen

Op zich een zeer goede horloge en doet wat het moet doen. Maar de tijd loopt constant achter ondanks goede netwerkconnectie. Ge moet dan telkens de uurwerk uit- en dan weer aanzetten wat dus niet de bedoeling is.

La montre est de bonne qualité, facile d'utilisation malheureusement elle n'a que 3 langue, Chinois, Englais, espagnol... j'ai du la retourner parce que ma fille de 8 ans ne comprend aucune de ces langues. Vraiment déçu
