This product really works on dry hands. I have sensitive skin that easily cracks around my fingers when I work outdoors. It is hard to heal and most moisturisers help but only for a short time - it masks the problem. Ameliorate heals the dry cracked skin. Religiously put on in the beginning and in a few days the problem is gone. Now I use in the morning and evening and my hands look great. There is a scent but it is not offensive to me. I am just purchasing a second 75ml tube to have bedside.It is also the right size for travelling on an airplane where extra moisturiser is needed.Great product! 👍🏼

Great brand with lots of clinical research on their technology, not exactly cheap but the investment is worth it as the cream works amazingly for the purpose.

At this time of year especially my hands get quite dry so I'm happy to try anything that promises to bring relief.This is a fairly thick cream which takes quite a bit of effort to work into the hands, but it is worth the effort as, after a day or two, I have noticed a difference.It's quite expensive, but a little goes a long way so in the long run is worth the cost.

I have "workers" hands and nails having dogs and horses and my hands are dry and rough.I am always searching for the perfect hand cream and have spent a small fortune in this quest so when I was offered this product to test I thought it would be worth a go.With the first application I saw huge results, I am impressed!My hands weren't as dry and have been improving each day. The cream doesnt smell, its not thick and greasy but it does the job. I will definately be buying this product.

My wife has dry and quite rough feeling skin on her hands and has been using this for just a few days now instead if Diprobase. The Diprobase has been her favourite for a couple of years but it tends to leave the skin quite "hard" feeling, even though it clearly protects really well from splits and soreness. Her verdict on this new cream is: "I really like it". Why, because: it is easy to rub in; it absorbs really quickly; a tiny amount is sufficient; the softening and smoothing effect is very long lasting indeed; it isn't at all greasy; it is not heavily perfumed.This cream has, unquestionably, made her hands feel really soft and smooth. That's a husband's view, anyway! There is no question it has produced an unusually good effect that seems to be long-lasting and is much better in terms of appearance and feel than they have been in a very long time. So, although the price is high, the tube will last a very long time and effect is unusually good and long-lasting.The cream apparently works because it contains lactic acid which, it says, slowly exfoliates the dead layer of skin from the surface, leaving a softer smoother skin exposed. This process sounds harsh but the opposite is proving to be the case: it is gentle and slow but seems to be producing excellent results. The reviewer that finds the cream "wet" might be using too much, as , really, only a little is needed to create the best effect.

This Ameliorate Intensive Hand Treatment really worked well on my very dry hands, within a couple of days of using there was a marked improvement to the softness and appearance of my hands.Its fairly thick but rubs in easily leaving no residue or greasy feel and I like it.A great product that really works well, but its not cheap so I probably more suitable for those that need the extra help keeping their hands soft and smooth
