I need a knee replacement, and have a back problem. I looked at recliners for 5 days before deciding on this one. It looks great, it's a wall hugger and sits great too! The seat is firm, which I appreciate because it gives me support for my back also. It's not like a rock but it gives you a good firmness. I was surprised I could fit in it the way everyone Raves about the fact that it's so small and etc etc etc. But as far as I'm concerned it's very comfortable chair for any average person. It's not a big cushy bulky chair but it has everything I need and looks exactly like the picture. It is power and goes three times faster than the other power and recliners we have that are larger bulkier. It also has a phone charger on it which is definitely a handy thing in today's society. I like it and if we decide to get another recliner this is the one I will go to. Thanks for reading, I don't think you would be sorry getting this chair. By the way, I'm not a skinny mini ...

Super easy to assemble, no tools needed! Arrives in 2 HEAVY boxes labeled A & B. Ordered the Tech Dark Grey. The surface is not slick smooth, yet not textured like a suede: somewhere in between. Really nice feel to it. The firm seat is very comfortable and the motorized foot rest can be adjusted to any angle. I have not used the USB port yet but I will when reading my Kindle. I like the padded armrest that most other models of this size do not offer. Size is perfect for me: 5'4" as well as my husband at 5'9". Fits in our apartment perfectly! Shipping was extremely fast. I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday.3 day shipping is unheard of. I expected it to take much longer since it is not warehoused by Amazon. I am very pleased with my purchase! Definitely Recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 of these last summer. The arms never did attach properly. Poorly designed per my engineer daughter. They've become even looser and more wobbly in the last 6 months. I do like the electric recline function and USB charging capability. The performance fabric isn't as cat proof as I had hoped either. So unfortunately I'll end up having to replace these chairs sooner than later.

Got an email to give me a heads up that this was arriving in two separate packages and one would be late. Appreciated the extra step. Easy to set up. Works great and most of all grandma loves it! Rated 4 vs. 5 because the connector for the buttons under the chat sometimes gets unplugged.

I bought this for my 95 year old Mom. It's easy to put together and use, but Mom has turned it over a few times. It could weigh a little more.

Recliner works well and fits well in a small space. I am happy with all aspects, although the seat is a bit on the hard side (a cushion can be used). The microfibre material is great - love the feel and the look. The seller was phenomenal. Any issues or questions I had, he/she responded immediately.

The chair was exactly what was needed, compact and very well priced. The customer service was excellent with prompt communication when needed.
