Satisfied
I was confused after seeing the negative reviews but then received it in a good condition. Cooked beef for the first time and followed all the instruction in the manual book especially the water level instruction. After 15-20 minutes the beef was tender and juicy. Easy to clean, cooks faster than usual and food tastes good. Looks expensive and sustainable.

Amazing cooker
Been using for it for a while and I am impressed with its quality. It's easy to use and handles well, easy to clean too.

Nice quality and cooks quite fast..👍🏻
I bought this pressure cooke 2 weeks ago and cooks quite fast my mother used very often and is robust in general is a very good product the only thing that I'm disappointing with the fact that is very difficult to find the spare parts anywhere I mean for example sealing ring or the steam pipe.

Easy to use and a really good price
My main reason for purchasing was in order to sterilise brewing equipment, but I've also used it to cook chicken stock far quicker than usual :-) I was impressed with the packaging and construction quality on this: an important factor when you consider that it's basically a pressurised container full of superheated steam on your gas hob. Using the cooker was pretty straightforward: it took me a little while to realise that the bent piece of stainless steel rod is actually a support that you use to keep the steamer basket above the level of the boiling water! It's specified at 14.5 PSI on the higher setting and 10.5 PSI on the lower, which gives operating temperatures of about 120 and 115 degrees C respectively; so the higher setting is ideal for sterilising items after giving them a thorough clean first.

Quiet and very efficient.
I love my pressure cookers. This one with its 4 litre capacity is the perfect size for batch cooking for two people it can easily cope with 2-3kg mince for a chilli or Bolognese sauce. No issues at all with the seal leaking I have had that in the past with Prestige cookers. I love that its so quiet with very little steam escape noise.

The OceanGate Tragedy of Pressure Cookers
If Stockton Rush had revealed himself to be behind this heinous, unsafe and unfit for purpose pressure cooker, I wouldn't have doubted him. Whilst kitchen appliances and submersibles may seem to be worlds apart, both the Titan and this Tower Pressure Cooker share alarming similarities: - Complete disregard for safety and quality assurance - Consequently, full extent of the danger is only understood/experienced when the product is tried out and tragically fails. Sadly, my initial excitement for this new pressure cooker quickly gave way to extreme pain and horror - whilst it seems to be well built at first glance, it's only when it is time to release pressure that the danger of this awful appliance are painfully revealed. Unlike other pressure cookers, when it's time to release pressure, this doesn't release it upwards or even attempt to divert it out of the way of the user. No, instead, it shoots straight outwards - and since it requires considerable force to turn the dial to release the pressure, it's likely you'll be caught in the line of fire! I'm not new to pressure cookers and have enjoyed using them them in the past - this is the first one where I've suffered burn blisters as a result. To test it out fairly, I had to brave using this diabolical tool several times - resorting to standing precariously on a stool and using oven gloves wrapped in layers of tea towels/dish cloths to try avoid the inevitable blast of furious steam. Each time, a similar result - there is no way to divert the steam so it shoots outwards. Turning it away doesn't help either as it still requires considerable force causing at least a second or two of contact which in itself can be damaging. Please avoid this at all costs! I'm in the hunt for a replacement and will update this if I find anything better that doesn't cost an arm and several fingers.

Awesome pot
Just realised I had bought this in Oct 2021 - 4 years ago. It's a really awesome pot. I've never had any complaints with it and it just does what it says on the tin. The plastic pressure valve dropped out in the dishwasher on the last wash and between the kids and the dog (? 😁) it now has bite marks on it and no longer useful. So I'm looking to replace just that one bit but otherwise the pot still looks and works like brand new.
