Have all the ports been upgraded to 3.0 or are you still false advertising it as 3.0 when only one of the ports actually 3.0 and the rest 2.0?

No. Only the first port (near blue LED) is detected as 3.0,the remaining ports show as 2.0. I don’t like being tricked.

The length of the cable is about 10 inches long. I just got mine today (7/27/23) and measured it. It is longer than what most people realize. The USB hub itself is about 4 inches long.

can you plug mutiple microphones into it?

The unit has four USB connections. If your microphones have USB plugs, then they can be connected. BUT... Will they work they way you want them to? Who knows, as you don't state what you're trying to do... Just know that you can order the unit, try it out... If it works, great. If not, you can return for free and refund of cost.... Easy enough to try...
