Fast delivery! πŸ“¦ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is what any homebrewer needs *by A***S on July 23, 2024* The yeast packets all arrived in new condition with dates indicating they are newer stock so I will definitely be inclined to order again. As to the viability of the yeast, I've only used the k1v-1116 so far, but I can attest that I had no problem using it in 2 of my project wines. As a newer homebrewer in a region with no winemaking stores, it is hard to get a variety of yeast for an economical price, and since different projects work better with different yeast, this is a perfect option. Having made good wine up to 16% in the past with bread yeast, I wasn't sure what to expect as far as differences go aside from nuance to flavor or flocculation(sediment compactness), but the k1v-1116 I received actually made me consider a blowoff tube due to its high activity. There is definitely a difference.
