Poor packaging
The packaging is very bad. More than 75% of the items I have brought this, the pump does not work and then if you open the lid it leaks and spills everywhere. Even with Vitamin A serum has same issue. Previous packing was 100% better. I have wasted so much money on this

Skin Is Damaged after 1use is
I don’t recommend this brand. The product claims they use natural ingredients. But it contains ferulic acid and strong extracts. I used 2drops for my whole face and neck. Face wash->moisturizer (lakme)->mama earth serum. After few mints I felt heating sensation all over face and neck, later I got bumps all over nose corners and neck, Eye started to irritated (didn’t use serum near eye). And next day affected area skin became so hard and dry, was painful and itchy.

Mamaearth products are really good and natural and I have been using for the past 2 years and now iam trying the third one it gives a glow to my skin and gives a soft texture to the skin

Not proper package
Product is good. But amazon delivery (packing)is worst. Actual Product box is missing. They sent just like that because of that once open the cardboard (amazon just wrap the mamaearth face serum with cardboard)it's fully already opened and leaked. This Product is not returnable.
