Also used for Sofar inverter comms cables
RJ10 4P4C are also used for Sofar inverters (such as the ME3000SP AC-coupled battery storage inverter) as an RS485 comms connector. I used one of the Kenable jacks to convert an old RJ45 Ethernet cable into a Sofar RS485 comms cable and it did the job perfectly.

They were cheap and worked. Didn’t buy them as a fashion accessory so I can’t really complain about the lack of options in colour.

Really easy to fit and works great
I used this connector on a project cable for a telescope and worked perfectly all you need with this product is a crimper and the your sorted.

Exactly what I needed
I couldn't locate any 4P4C connectors anywhere in stores. So pleased to find them online, these were exactly what I needed and it didn't break the bank! Both previously damaged cables are now in good working order again thanks to these tiny plugs.
