Fighting with sleep issues and hot flashes? After researching things that help, I found this. 2 key ingredients that showed up on multiple lists in one (big) tablet. I started taking one every night, about an hour before bed. After several days it dawned on me I hadn't had anymore hot flashes. I was sleeping better again. What a lifesaver!
