Drill and impact are solid and work great, the charger unfortunately came with an American plug not a UK plug so had to get a adapter and the very first time I plug it in the charger internals popped and it dose not work at all

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Makita, the gold standard of cordless tools! This series, the sub-compact, is a joy to use. Fits so well in your hand. Powerful with a brushless motor, I highly recommend this set. Worth noting that the set here is by far the best price. More than $100 less than HD and every other retailer out there. I only needed the driver and privately sold the impact for $140. Additionally, you may get lucky and receive 2.0 batteries instead of the 1.5. as I did.
