These Meeden oil paints are a very good paints and an excellent value for the price. The quality is comparable to more expensive brands of oil paints, which a smooth, rich texture and vibrant colors. I will definitely purchase Meeden oil paints again.

No issues great selection of colors honestly would recommend these over Winsor and newtons winton line set that’s similar. Creamy decent thickness not chunky smooth buttery texture no separation seen in this package but have noticed that in select colors of their larger tubes with slight base oil discoloration with time but honestly highly recommend for anyone from kids wanting to join parents in a painting lesson to hobbyists on a budget! They’re quite opaque especially for the price which makes them a steal as long as they’re at/under $30 for this set! It’s the most vibrant packaged set I’ve gotten out of many lines including Paul Rueben’s as well as winton lines which are technically beginner or “artist” grade which is not professional. The coverage strength is similar to Winsor and newtons water mixable oils which their reds I have allergies to due to the sufocants in them that these don’t have! While they’re not as pigmented as Winsor newtons water make artisian paints I don’t expect them to be for the price!! Honestly if you’re like me and always have to upgrade when u get into something these will probably be less used after awhile but they’re fantastic for trying bf out a new hobby skill and u could definitely sell works with them the set is honestly excellent the bright colors are on the neon side of the spectrum and I absolutely love them and haven’t found a better alternative for this grade of oils with this array of colors in this price range!! Highly recommend for anyone who’s on a budget or who wants to try out oils!! Don’t forget to get some extra linseed oil though or choice of oil medium to mix with as these are relatively thick and need to be thinned down for some!! A+++ for this set!! Also no issues with tubes busting while rolling gently w hands like Paul Ruben’s do every time!! Here’s a swatch showing thickness of a few colors on a bounty, mega roll paper towel for reference left to right colors are burnt Amber, Scarlet, red, bright red, which is actual orange, lemon yellow, phthalo emerald and Prussian blue far right !! These oil paints have been great so far. They are very much like Bob Ross paints, being firm and dry, as opposed to the variety I got in a basic painting set. If you have oily paints you can fix them by squeezing the paint you need onto some cardboard for about 15 minutes to absorb the oil. I’ll get more colors of Meeden paint as my first choice.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it and uses it all the time so I really recommend as a gift and they work very well but the paints aren’t super big so I can’t see them lasting for a long time

The colors look fine but I could not use them due to no color temperature or light fastness symbol

Great set for the price , love that it comes with a nice box. Take the lid off and you can display your paint nicely

この数十年間油絵を楽しんで来ており、その間に12色程の有名メーカーの絵の具を 色々と使って来ましたが、必要な中間色がなかなか出ない時があり苦労していました。 その点、この絵の具は24色なので、必要とする色が初めからほぼ揃っており、 また微妙な色も出しやすく、コスパも良く大変重宝しています。 それに絵の具の伸びも良く、絵の具自体の変な匂いも殆どなく助かっています。 クイックペイントオイルを併用していますので、大体2～3日でほぼ乾きます。 ただ、耐光性等の点は使い始めたばかりなので解りませんが・・・。
