Here's the thing, you have to be able to kill the eggs and larvae before it feeds and this is the only product line that I know of that does this. I spent years buying and placing the little cardboard ^tents and closet hangers to no avail Sure, there were a lot of trapped adult moths and adult moths lay eggs but there is no way to know whether you have trapped an adult before it has laid eggs and I don't think any trap can guarantee 100% success. You still have eggs and larvae and ruined clothing. This product works and I only have to buy it once a year. Not every 3 months like the tents and I also can get away with only 1 per closet. In fact, after using it for 2 years, I have not seen any moths in almost a year now. I am glad that I found this product and agree that it doesn't smell good but I'll take that over ruined expensive clothing any day!

Very easy to use. I live in a 6 unit apartment building with no insulation (sound or weather) what so ever. I have a storage locker in the basement of my building and one of the neighbors was cooking something that smelled terrible and the smell landed in the storage unit area. smh...So I purchased these and put it in the storage unit for a month and voila! Smell and any lurking bugs GONE! When I use the SLA spray the closet and put a towel at the bottom of the door and live the apartment for several hours and that works too.

These things are great for purging your living space of critters, not just moths, fruit flies, house flies, rodents, even spiders to some extent.

Great product. Have used for years. No odor. Never had any moths in my furs and they have no smell from the product. Highly recommend.

We have a number of wool sweaters and suits in two closets. We also have wool carpets. This product keeps them safe from clothes moths, carpet beetles and other insects that can damage clothing and carpets.

I’ve bought this product over many years, and it works as well as mothballs, with much less smell. After leaving our clothes for 24 hours, the smell is mostly gone. More expensive, but worth it due to less smell than mothballs, which I find awful.
