No noticeable effect
I’ve been taking NOW Foods L-Tyrosine for a about 2 months, and while the capsules are good quality and easy to swallow, I honestly didn’t notice much of a difference. I know supplements like this can take time or work differently for everyone, but for me, there wasn’t any noticeable change in focus, mood, or energy. That said, I do trust NOW Foods as a brand their products are usually reliable and well made. This one just didn’t seem to do much for me personally.
