I only use one on right stick. I find it does give better control and comfort.

Secure and comfortable
A bit pricey but they are secure and comfortable in use. They do raise the height profile of the thumb sticks but seem to make the controller slightly more responsive.

One of the best for close combat on fps

Ok but far from perfect
The main issue I have with these is that it makes the thumbstick harder to click when its fully pushed up, such as sprinting in fps games. At first I literally couldn't click it at all. Not only is it harder to click but its very likely to wear down the original thumbstick 'pillar' as it's being pressed harder into the controller body each time. This was an issue on the ps3 controller. They also rotate a bit, could possibly damage the original thumbstick rubberized texture after a while. One of the sticks I got is shiny on 1/3 of it for some reason before I even touched them. I also think they are vastly overpriced. Will likely try the much cheaper alternatives instead. EDIT - Discovered a major flaw in how these are built. The 3 little clips that hold it onto the thumbstick interfere with thumbstick clicking and rotation. They hit off the flat circular area around the dpad and face buttons when rotating and hit off the controller body when clicking while the thumbstick is pushed fully in one direction.
