That's it really. These gloves are comfortable to wear and soft and are surprisingly light when worn so that it easy to work with them. I say this as someone who prefers not to wear gloves when gardening usually as I find all but the thinnest gloves too clumsy. These gloves are extremely good for pulling out tough weeds particularly brambles and nettles and they were particularly useful when digging a new bed, spreading compost and picking up lots of leaves. The long cuffs give good protection and they are pretty waterproof too. For Autumn and Winter wear I don't think they can be bettered for protection and warmth in the garden. Well worth the price.

I searched the Internet for recommendations for gloves to help me deal with the out of control brambles in my garden and came across a professional gardener who recommended these for tough jobs. So this weekend I was grabbing brambles to untangle and then pull or dig them out! These gloves are AMAZING and worth EVERY PENNY! They are quite tight to start but the leather stretches to make them comfy after a couple of wears and it's almost like you're not wearing gloves at all, but they 100% protect you from brambles and thorns. I cannot speak highly enough of them and I'll be buying them again when they eventually run out. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. (I should be on sales commission - but they really are that good)

This is my second pair of these gloves. They are very soft but tough, a little snug when you get them but they stretch to your hands very quickly. Really comfortable and the gauntlet protects your lower arms against brambles and thorns. My first pair got a hole in one of the fingers after a year of constant use so I would say that they last longer than the other gloves that I have tried.

I bought these to tackle some seriously overgrown brambles, and these gloves have been incredible. Some thorns have gotten stuck in the gloves, or torn through the top layer, but not a single one has made it through. Granted, I'm not grabbing these things tight where the thorns are thickest, but I am deeply impressed since I've had to pull on a couple of them to get them free of tangles. That said, this image was after one and a half hours of tackling a small portion, so I'm not sure how durable overall they're going to be. I have nothing to compare these to, beside a pair of very thin work gloves, so I can't say whether they're worth the price or not, but if these continue to hold up to the brambles I'm going to consider it money well spent.

I have two pairs of these gloves, they are absolutely wonderful. Really tough, even when tackling brambles or rambling roses, yet soft and pliable. The gauntlet is really helpful to protect around wrists. My only extra desire would be for a style with elbow length gauntlets for hedging too. They last years, and I will never be without them now, and recommend them to everybody.

My partner is on his second pair (over a period of some 8 years). This is my first as I usually do not like leather gardening gloves. I use these when I am dealing with brambles and cutting back where in the past my arms have been scratched. They are extremely comfortable, fit very well, and have flexibility in the fingers - not stiff as cheaper gloves. Yes they are expensive, but you do get what you pay for. I have only given 4 stars for durability as the slightly softer leather that gives them the comfort means that they do wear through that little quicker. If you are not using them every day, or getting them very wet and dirty, they should last a reasonable time.

Ich habe diese Handschuhe verschenkt. Inzwischen kamen sie so häufig bei uns im Garten zum Einsatz, dass ich sagen kann: Die sind toll! Bsiher haben alle anderen Handschuhe, auch von Markenherstellern, einfach nur kläglich versagt! Die Handschuhe, wenn sie einmal eingetragen sind, haben eine tolle Passform und sind butterweich, dabei bieten sie sogar noch einen guten Schutz für die Hände. Aber bitte nichts vormachen, durchstichsicher gegen Rosendornen sind auch diese Handschuhe nicht, dass kann auch kein Gartenhandschuh bieten. Meine Frau trägt die Handschuhe sehr gerne und sie liegen immer für sie griffbereit und werden wirklich viel getragen. Ich gebe hier eine klare Kaufempfehlung und beide Daumen nach oben!

I thought these were really overpriced for the quality of the product. Plus, I have small hands and they are VERY tight. Think I could have better spent my money elsewhere.

Nel 2016, anno in cui li ho acquistati, avevo dato una recensione non proprio positiva. Nel frattempo ho continuato a usarli, a livello di hobby e non professionale, e i guanti non hanno più avuto nessun problema. Se per caso si rovinassero, ne comprerei un altro paio uguale a questo. Super comodi, a parte un inizio infausto, si sono rivelati resistenti alle spine e ai rami più duri. Mi sono sentita in dovere di riscrivere la recensione. Decisamente costosi ma validissimi. Complimenti!

Zuerst zur Größe, da hier ja nur "Ladies" angegeben wird: Ich trage Handschuhgröße 7 - 7,5 und dieses Paar passt perfekt. Die Verarbeitung ist hervorragend, das Material (sehr weiches Leder) eigentlich viel zu wertvoll/schön, um für Arbeitshandschuhe benutzt zu werden... Der Schnitt ist optimal, obwohl die Handschuhe durch das Futter (Fleece) dicker sind als "normale" Gartenhandschuhe gute Bewegungsfreiheit. Preis gerechtfertigt!
