Love it, but should come with screen protector.
This is so great for travel. Really giving me the freedom to visit family and still be productive with 2 monitors. I only purchased one, but placed the plates on both sides of my laptop so I could switch sides if needed due to sitting somewhere there is something blocking one side like the arm of the couch. However, there is not a screen protector that is made for this yet. Honestly, for how expensive it is, it should come with a custom screen protector already installed. Until I find one I just kept the protective strip for packaging on the screen. Would be great if it came with a sleeve too. If you buy two screens be careful mounting the plates bc I saw another post stating the guides they give don’t consider nesting the screens and he had to remove and redo the placement which is not simple. But overall still five stars.

Finally!!
I’ve used a competitor’s mobile monitors for over five years and this one dominates!! The clarity, brightness, hinge strength, and ease of install are all miles better on this. This also cost 2x as much but was completely worth it because I use my second screen regularly.I’m so glad a mountable laptop screen with good picture quality, brightness, and a steady hinge finally exists. Night and day compared to my competitor’s “Plus” model.

Kinda Expensive (1 monitor)
Pros:- Screen quality is probably better than your laptop screen.- Lightweight, slim and it doesn't sag the laptop screen. (1 Monitor)- Easy to setup.- Screen Swivels and folds so traveling is easy.Cons:- The USB C cable broke within a week.- Takes a awhile to get itadjusted comfortable.- The price is kinda high.- Magnet is kinda weak.Overall:It's pretty good. It just sucks that it's expensive and certain things aren't the quality they should be, such as the USB C cable and the Magnet.

Great addition to my laptop.
I used to use a 12.9" iPad Pro for a second screen and unfortunately, the company I work for disabled the service that allowed the connection. This screen has taken the place of the iPad screen and does a great job.Very easy to transport and takes up less space than the iPad. Brightness and the adjustable angle work well for me.

Breaks and Customer Service is Lousy
It worked great for one year and then it stopped. The wires would not connect my laptop to the screen. I tried replacement wires which I purchase from SideTrack. They did not work. I called customer service and was told that, since the wires didn't work, I had a problem with the ports on my computer and may want to purchase a new one. I spoke with another service rep and was told the same thing. I found that highly suspect. It should be noted that I did not drop the unit and treated it gently.I use an independent contractor to handle my firms IT work. I spoke with one of the owners and he told me that they had a number of customers who purchased SideTrack screens who experienced problems similar to mine and had similar unfavorable communications with its customer service department. He recommended another company's products his customers were pleased with.Fast forward a few days when I received the product. I connected it to my laptop using the very same ports SideTrack told me were defective and could only be fixed by replacing the laptop. Lo and behold, the product work.Despite SideTrack's inept customer service, I told them about this and was told that the product was out of warranty (it was a little more than a year old). I understand how warranties work, but the product should not have failed completely after just one year of careful use. I find it particularly aggravating that a replacement laptop would have cost more than $1,000 for a similar computer. This product was expensive. It should have worked for more than one year. Hopefully, the electronic appliance recycling center may be getting better use of the product than I did.

The best option for 14” macbook
Purchased this because I started working in different rooms in the house and wanted to be able to use multiple screens without moving screens around. This is the largest size possible that can fit MacBook Pro 14 and also is slick and thin. Highly recommend. I bought 2

DOES NOT WORK WITH 14 INCH MACBOOK PRO M3
Did a lot of due diligence ( or so i thought ) before buying the swivel dual monitorWanted to make sure I get something that works with my 14 inch macbook pro m3In their ad, they wrote "M2 MacBook Air only supports one external display."So obviously everything else should work.Turns out, it does NOT work with M3 Macbook pro, spent 3 hours playing around with it, plugged the monitor into an external power outlet so give it more power, and still no luckSo if you got a 14 inch macbook pro, DO NOT BUY IT. Only 1 monitor will workTried it with my friends 16 inch m1 pro, works like a charm.
