Really great shampoo
I've been trying lots of different shampoos recently to try and find one that doesn't dry out my hair, and this seems to be the one! My hair was shiny and smooth after using it, and I am very happy with the results.

I have the shampoo and conditioner, my hair is lovely and soft and very shiny. I have extremely long wavey hair that isn't always easy to manage but these products are brilliant.

Cleanses very well
This shampoo cleans the hair thoroughly, removes build up of products etc. Leaves my hair squeaky clean. However, it smells of nothing? You can barely smell the actual shampoo so whilst my hair was clean and shiny it didn't smell nice as there is basically no fragrance to the shampoo. I won't be buying again for this reason.

Smells divine
We live in a hard water area so to me this didn’t foam very much (a good thing). Smells great and really works as a cleansing shampoo. Neal’s yard,always wonderful.

Very poor design.
Impossible to get this product out of the bottle. I did attempt to complain to neals yard but the email supplied does not work. Definitely wouldn't recommend even though the shampoo and conditioner themselves are a good quality.
