Hello and congrats on making available a healthy and spectacular product! I just received my second shipment and I thought it was a good time to tell the wonderful changes I have had since using He Shou Wu. Firstly I will say that it has a very mild taste and I could only taste it if I mixed it with water only. Hot works the best for mixing, although if I am making coffee I just toss it in. This second shipment I received the little mixing spoon, as they must have been out on my first shipment, it's cute! I used a bamboo chopstick to stir before as you don't want to use steel utensils. Anyway, I have been noticing and so have my teenagers that the back and sides of my graying hair are beginning to turn a dark gray when they were a light gray to white. I was so surprised that it was happening so fast, but I am looking forward to seeing more results. I actually do receive a natural energy boost not jittery, so that is a plus, and I think it helped me get over the flu and not have it as bad as others in the house. I am going to try and get others like my husband to use this as I am not even done with the 1st bag and you get two in each box. So not sure if I can use more of the product than directed now since my body is used to it? Anyway thank you for making such a wonderful product, I think everyone should give it a try : - )

I have only had this product for a week or so. I was quite impressed with the packaging. The bamboo spoon is a very nice touch as well. I will admit that I was surprised that it tasted as good as it did. I think that it's likely way too early to tell what the benefits might be for me. It could be the placebo effect, but it seems as though my mind could be a little bit sharper, with better focus, for a few hours after drinking this tea. My question to the community of those who drink this is: do you notice flatulence after drinking this tea? It could be a coincidence, but it happened a few days in a row. And when I stopped drinking the tea, it stopped. I am lactose intolerant, so naturally I checked the box for any mention of milk or lactose and there was none. I will try again. I have been using He Shou Wu for many years. I am now over 50, and I think I have 2 gray hairs. People can't believe I'm over 50 and I never color my hair! I would never dye my hair because of the chemicals, so this is a perfect way to maintain my natural hair color even though I would not mind naturally graying hair. I tried this brand because it is organic, which is important to me as I am very health conscious. I eat healthy, train super hard every day, etc. Why not look as young as you feel? I always have a lot of energy and I rarely feel tired. I put the powder in my morning matcha with ginger and turmeric powder (and a little instant coffee if I want a kick in the butt), and it tastes fine. I am in perfect health with no chronic conditions, I don't know if I can say it's because of the He Shou Wu but this is part of my regimen and I feel great! I highly recommend this product, it is really well packaged so it arrived really fresh, everything was sealed with no mess. And I love the little spoon that came with it! Great product, so glad I found it.

This product came packaged extremely well. It is nice to see a company honor their product with care. The powder is clumping free, mixed easily with just water or even in a smoothie. The taste is very mild while being earthy enough to know it's in your drink. I take He Shou Wu for the benefits it gives my hair. I am 67 years old and my hair has very few strands of gray because of the He Shou Wu. It becomes longer, thicker and shiner while using this product. I love that it is organic, helps with my skin, hair, nails, etc. Purity has one it right with this one.

Honestly the taste isn’t horrible but it’s not great either. I wish I would have bought the pills of this. Also it’s hilarious to me that people on here use this in their coffee. Coffee depletes kidney essence and this supplement is exactly what helps build it. Ironic.

Love this product. Have been using it for several months now and have noticed the difference in my graying hair. I add it to my daily cup of coffee and it’s been great. Like it enough that I have subscribed to have it delivered now.
