Fantastic customer care, a quality item at a great price
Nowadays It's quite a rarity to get excellent customer service before, during and after ordering something from a company on the Internet, most totally blank you, some offer good customer service but never actually follow it up when something goes wrong etc, we've all been there, well third company is none of the above, they are totally professional, courteous, and bend over backwards to help, so what have I bought, you'd think it was something of high value but it's not, it is a quality pedometer, and to me that says everything you need to know about the people at this company, if they go into keeping a customer happy with something like this you know it's going to be a real pleasure dealing with them, and no I'm not related to our know anyone there, I'm just Someone who values people that go the extra mile. Talking of going the extra mile that's exactly what this quality item encourages you to do, it's extremely easy to set up as the instructions are very easy to follow but incase you do have some difficulty in following the written instructions included with the item don't worry, you can contact the company via phone and they will talk you through it, like I said they go above and beyond. Once you've set up all your settings you can start to use your pedometer, you can place it in a pocket, wear it around your neck on the lanyard that's attached to it or you can use the added clip to clip on to a belt etc. Having used it along with the GPS on my phone it is very accurate in recording distances, one feature that I really like is that it won't add steps accidently like most pedometers on the market, you won't find yourself doing 5,000 steps when all you've done is watch telly all day but I suppose some people like to think they have, this has a 10 step feature, once it knows you have walked past 10 steps then it starts recording, but don't worry about losing the 10 steps as they are added, it's a great feature, I'm not an expert at these reviews but all I can say is its a great price, quality item from a company that actually does care about its customers, you have nothing to lose, apart from some of that Xmas weight you may have put on, you'll find that as the steps add up you want to keep adding, and seeing the calories you're burning is always a good motivator.

Beware the belt clip
Colour : pink I have purchased exercise things before but never a pedometer, I have used cheap ones before that I received for free but they were always rubbish. I recently decided to try to get fitter, and to do this by upping my daily steps, each day to assist with weight loss a d to feel healthy so, into the deep dark murky world of "pedometer I ventured. I wanted one that was accurate and didnt require blue tooth. Of the many hundreds of different one available I settled for this one simply due to the many excellent reviews and the cheapish price point. I didn't want to wish to spend a fortune on an item I might give up on. The Reviews looked really good and the functions seemed basic and plenty enough it also sounded easy enough to set up. It arrived on the due day as it was bought with Amazon prime . Set up was actually really really simple even just by using the supplied simple to follow instructions, the hardest part was measuring my stride so just used info in the book supplied and that bit was easy. So it is on, one day in, and am both amazed how many steps I actually do, I do a lot more then I thought i do. this device is to use, and very accurate. Excellent item realalt. Would definitely buy again. Only negative is lost belt clip on first day of use as it's far to lose, so please use lanyard supplied

Pedometer
Item arrived on time and as described. Great pedometer! It takes a few minutes to do the inital set up but once done it works really well and counts steps perfectly. It's nice and simple no need for an App or subscription, just a nice old fashioned pedometer. Great quality and easy to use. Clear screen which is easy to read and a long battery life and a perfect size to clip on an item of clothing. I would recommend.

SIMPLE AND RELIABLE
I have used one of these units for about 5 years., worked perfectly until I accidently drowned it. So I purchased another one. :) It records daily steps, calories. and total steps walked, also has an accurate clock too. It can be used with a belt clip; but amazingly , even just putting it in your pocket, it still works well recording steps. Only thing is, that it may not record the first few steps you make (in the house) for example. But once you start walking outside the unit catches up with the steps you took, and from then on is fairly accurate. Once you read the instructions , then its easy to set up; in fact the instruction booklet is nice and clear, with readable text. So many of these products have poor, small instructions, which are hard to read; Not the case here. Very easy to read. For me, this is probably the best pedometer I have found at its price point, and if you look after it, could last you a long time, just don't drop it in the water like I did. Highly recommended.

Complex instructions
Gave up trying to master the complicated instructions. I'm normally good with gadgets but life is too short to crack the system for this device. It's well made and arrived in time but will suit those who revel in unnecessary steps to achieve such a simple solution .

Realalt Pedometer - better than I expected
This product looks exactly the same as the seller's display images. It comes delivered on a card sealed by very stiff plastic, likely originally designed to be on display in a store. Spending (far too many) hours at a desk every day, I have been wondering if I ever get enough excercise during the day. Walking seems to be the easiest (and least expensive) way, especially given the frequent insertions in newspapers about the benefits of walking so many thousand steps a day. It wasn't easy counting steps as I walked - my wandering brain kept forgetting where I was! - and so I decided to try a pedometer. The choice was far greater than I thought and so, thanks to the user reviews on Amazon, after checking out a number of products I decided to try this model. Setting up is simple - if you have small fingers and your mind doesn't wander! Thankfully, there are videos customers can log into online. These show exactly the same information as the instruction leaflet but using a step counter as a visual aid. What had I been doing wrong? Letting my finger press the wrong button every time! Okay, once I realised my tiny error I could get going and the little gadget was up and running. I have worn it now for almost a week and have been surprised that without even trying I have been walking far more each day than I realised. I had only to add extra steps to pass my target (which I have done every day). What's more, I've found that I wanted to pass my target and so if I was falling back a bit, I took time to do some walking. Amazing that a little thing like this could actively stimulate me into action. That aside, I have to say I was very surprised how easily I adapted to carrying this pedometer and how much I began to enjoy walking, if only to pass my daily target. There is no learning curve once it is set up and if the battery lasts a year as the seller maintains before needing to be replaced then there is likely no need to change the settings (unless you want to up your target steps). Because the unit doesn't keep records once the battery is removed, make sure you keep the instruction leaflet to refer to next time. I like this product, it isn't hugely expensive and I'm sure it will do me a lot of good. Easy 5 star rating.

Error correction problem.
Well made but difficult to setup. Biggest issue for me is that it has an error correction system. After standing, it won't record until you have taken 10 steps. If you take several short walks off less than 10 steps perhaps in the home, they won't be recorded. Probably good for long walks but no use for everyday use.

Click and Strap Pedometer
Easy enough to set up once you read through the instructions thoroughly. I am struggling with the hook that clips it to your waste band though. It is a tad uncomfortable and when I go to move it somewhere more comfortable I end up changing the display setting. The lanyard is better but I am not sure that the same accuracy when pedometer is worn around the neck.
