Q: Can they mix with water

You can mix it with almost any medium, but it needs to be a transparent medium. It will mix just fine with water, but water is more of a carrier than a medium, so once the water is gone or dried your pigment might not stay, so you will need something to provide a "glue" like function to hold the powder in place once the water dries.

Q: Can these be used to color grout for mosaics?

I use it for resin, it should work in grout but I haven’t tried

Q: How many grams are each bottle

There is either 14 or 21 grams in each bottle. This breaks down in larger sizes as the more expensive colors as 14 gram.

Q: Can they be used in wax

Yes, transparent waxes are best. You will use way more pigment than necessary if you try to color opaque waxes.
