Nothing is as good as real chalk however I go to a gym that does not allow it, and this does the trick. Is the closest to the real thing I’ve found after trying a few different brands

It helps a lot with the grip and improves your performance at pull ups without all the mess that chalk makes. Totally recommend it.

It's okay for round one of kettlebell swings or snatches, but I find this liquid chalk gets sticky quickly, rather than chalky. Wouldn't order again.
